My experiences were always great for me, and my pet. Until I visited a couple days ago. I had came in only to grab a bag of new dog food, and i had wanted some input-- but I was met with a very helpful employee (who was incredible by the way!) who stepped out of their way to help and assist me! I had been looking around for a while, whenever I noticed that who I assume was the manager was just sitting behind the registers doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help and assist. This other employee had grabbed me up, after seeming as if they were doing a ton of work in the back of the store, looking as if they were running a marathon juggling multiple things at a time. They assisted very politely, and gave me all the information I needed, in which I thanked them gratefully. I asked them if that was the manager behind the counter, in which they responded yes! And I asked why she couldn't have helped me-- in which the employee quickly jumped to the manager's defense, saying she was busy, which did not seem like the case at ALL. This simply frustrated me, as I am a manager myself at a local retail store. Seeing incompetent people in a leadership position, and leaving everything else up to their employees while they sit around a do nothing infuriates me.
