Tradesmen said it hadnt been in accident when in truth they didnt know as hadnt bothered inspected, go there at your peril, if something goes wrong they are awful! we are now going to court and have trading standards involved, its gone again for the 3rd time, and we are now out of warranty same fault!

The service was very helpful and friendly, but they did try and push the finance on to you which I didn't like, offering extra discounts that would have been cancelled out by the finance agreement interest rate. They got the car taxed, MOT'd and serviced and threw in a CD player, so I was pleased with the service.

There were a few items on my car which needed work (no surprise, it's old), so they gave me a quote and ordered the parts. But then when I arrived they'd managed to actually repair some of the existing parts and didn't need to use the spares, so the overall cost actually ended up being significantly less than they had quoted - a very nice surprise. They were also incredibly apologetic for keeping me waiting, even though there was hardly any wait at all. The other big bonus - free RAC cover with your MOT which is excellent value!

They made an effort to get to know us, and frequently went above and beyond the call of duty -- giving us some free replacement bulbs on one occasion when we popped by because a brake light wasn't working. If you're a Skoda fan, you could do a lot worse than give these good people your custom.
