I ordered the cowabunga. As I took each dry unsavory bite, I realized that they forgot the basil, I went inside and they gave me a side of basil to put into it... Then the more I bites made, I notice they also forgot to push pizza sauce and parmasian. Whoever put the burger together just put a patty, slice of cheese and pepperoni into two buns... Literally half of the ingredients were missing. They made me another one, didn't miss anything this time... It was a improvement. Hope they spend more time training their employees. Amazing burgers and French fries! I usually get the pretty fake burger which has a spicy kick that tastes fantastic! The fries are a seasoned crinkle steak cut that are unlike any other place I've been too! They make a house ranch as well that I get every time I went. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The only complaint would be menu inconsistency as they don't always have everything listed which can be a bummer. Lives up to the name. It's a solid smashburger. Onion rings could be better, but that's a nitpick. The menu is to the point: a couple options for burgers, grilled cheese, soda, fries, and onion rings. No more than it needs to be, and they do what they've got on there well. Tried this place for the first time today. I've heard many great reviews from family and friends it's just hard to get to in a crunch with downtown parking being minimal (to no fault of their own). I ordered the classic burger, fries, ranch, and a soda for dine in. They weren't busy when I got there. Cashier was kind and helpful. There was only one person cooking and making fries. I waited maybe less than 10 minutes for my order tho, quite fast! The fries are absolutely delicious I was loving them with the house-made ranch! The burger was good a standard burger with a stronger black pepper flavor. I will definitely be back especially for an entire meal with ranch being only $13.
