So, this is my first yelp review I've ever done. I felt compelled to protect people from the anxiety this atmosphere creates. Ive been going here, out of convince, for about a year now. Ive had some snippy responses from the owner. I also have always noticed, i never leave happy, or with what i want from here. There is one very sweet girl, her name is V. I try to go to her, or schedule with her. When i come in though, the owner will grab me. Totally my fault for not stoping her, but how uncomfortable. I have to tell myself, to stand my ground with this owner. I tell her what over and over, because she will do whatever she wants. Its always quick, painful and extremely sloppy. I finally had enough today when she proceeded to do everything from start to halfway through, the exact opposite of what i wanted. I am a very firm and clear speaker. I told the women on the phone i needed an appt. with V for my old nails taken off and a full set off acrylics put on with regular polish. When i got there i told her, what i wanted again. Even told her what color nails i wanted. I was told, no for some reason. I also told her i had two nails repaired 3 days prior and didn't want those taken off, only filled. She proceeded to take them off. I said, hey i told you not to do that. It only made her get more mad. It was very painful getting fresh nails pulled off. Then she put on something called dips, which i do not like, and told her repeatedly. She told me, she was doing me a favor because she wasn't charging me fully for it. I said, but i didn't want that at all. She was so mean about it. Blaming me that i didn't know what i wanted and i should have told her. She started to take my dips off and proceeded to tell me where i failed, and how i should have been more clear. I put 20 down on the table and left immediately. I have never been treated like that. I should have not continued to go for this long. I give it one star because, she has V working for her, her sister in law, and she is so sweet! I love this place, my girlfriend couldn't find a place in Ohio where she lives. So we went a few times to the nail salon located in South Hills Village. Her nails would last maybe a week they start breaking apart, well I told her about this local nail salon, she got the same procedure done here, and it lasted 100% longer and the professionalism and courtesy by the owner is exemplary. If you're looking for a nail salon that's professional, and will do what you ask. Don't look any further. Istvan read more

This place sucks. The owner is rude, doesn't do what you ask for and will flat out tell you no on a color. Nail came off 1 hour after getting them done then 2 more 3 days after. Never again! I'd give this place (-)5 stars if possible read more

Owner very pushy ,, totally ignored what I asked for or what I wanted ,, insisted I get sparkle polish for Christmas when indeed I hate it ,, then had her assistant start doing nail art ,, 'whiCh I hate ' Her only intention is upselling to lIne her pockets when indeed she lost a client ,, not the first time neither. I am in the hair business and would never make a client uncomfortable or give them something other then what they wanted in order to make a buck ! Will never return ! read more

I got my long overdue pedicure and the dip on my nails with my 2 young teens and we loved them! The staff was very friendly and fun for all of us! This is now my new nail salon even though it's 30 minutes from where I live. read more

This place is fantastic! Very talented people who are friendly and actually do my nails exactly how I want them. I see these bullshit reviews and I'm just going to say I'm so glad that I ignored them and gave them a chance!! You guys are full of crap and probably were just trying to get free nails! Got a gel full set. Was $55 (more expensive than my normal nail place) not even 2 weeks past and they were lifting like crazy and chipping. Today, I got the full set off in one piece. Not one piece of acrylic left. I wasted my $55. I will not be going back to this salon. read more

My 6 year old daughter and I went in at 1 pm on a Monday afternoon, made an appointment, they did a kid mani/pedi for her and a pedicure for myself. Technicians were very nice. The pedicure I got was very nice, she was a good scrubber! I would go here again! read more

Awful! My pedicure was nice but got dip done that I've done for years and 5 popped off within 3 days. The employee saw them and said she would take the rest off and refund me but when she called her boss they wouldn't give me the refund called me cheap and said I'm making up a story. Would not recommend especially when the boss was calling me names, multiple times. read more
