I messaged Mariko informing her that this happened and asked politely to get refunded and to try different way to make her practice more sanitary. Her response was far less than satisfactory. She informed me that she could not give me a refund and that she was sorry. Overall, I would highly highly recommend finding someone else to do your eyelashes.
