HORRIBLE experience! The only reason I give them 1 star is I couldn't provide a review without one! This is a 3rd party booking agent who not only charged an absurd amount, but one of their drivers showed up & basically hid for 1/2 the day! Once I realized we were one driver short, I called & the driver (Mohamaud, SO UNPROFESSIONALLY, HUNG up on me!) The agent I booked with, Ronnie, literally instructed me to copy & paste information into the online agreement, that was inaccurate & caused further confusion. Ronnie is an outright LIAR! I rented a Chrysler Limo for my grandaughter's high school prom from this company. The good is that booking is easy and they were on time and very polite, the driver was communicating on every detail for pick up. The not so good was that it was 93 degrees in NYC and the Limo had no AC in working order. The kids were hot and had to open the windows. When I call the owner to complain he gave me this excuse, "The car is blowing cool air but especially if the car is not moving it is like every other car and doesn't blow as strong". Well when the final passenger was picked up the car was moving in the highway the kids advised me they were hot and so they had to re-open the windows. I have been in limousines before and had to pick others in the middle of July and we did not have this problem. I feel for the price we paid we did not get what we paid for. read more

Awful customer service experience; attempted to get a refund when my reservation was cancelled within 3 hours. They are keeping $700 which someone in the organization must be pocketing, because they provided zero services and no credit was given. The customer service team was rude and disrespectful. This service booked me a limo for my daughter's quinceañera and then canceled less than 2 hours from the time of the event. I only found out because I called to confirm and they claimed the car had a broken air conditioner. I called customer service and they said best of luck and did not solve my transportation. I tried calling and speaking on the phone to book a reservation for prom. I spoke on the phone with "Kevin" I told him I needed a bus for 2022. He insisted I said 2025. When I corrected him, he hung up on me and was very rude. I called back to speak with another person and they hung up again as soon as I asked about the same reservation. When I called another time, they yelled at me and said "this is not a joke! I will report you and your number." When I asked what his name was to report him for terrible customer service because of his rudeness and inability to help or let me speak, he said he was not allowed to. That makes no sense because someone told me his name was Kevin in the second call. Don't recommend if you can't even make a reservation or help with their "live support." read more

BECAREFUL!We booked a 47 passenger bus for my son's wedding. They were to pick us up at the hotel and take us to and from the wedding venue. They promise you everything when booking. I called on the day of the wedding and spoke to "Robert" who said the bus will be there at 4:30. The bus was an hour late, AC not working, couldn't play music(like they said) AND we got lost. The groom and his family arrived 30 minutes after the wedding was supposed to begin. This was a horrible thing to happen on such an important life event. No groom should ever have to go through this. I reached out to the company several times to try and resolve this, but no one has gotten back in touch with me on explaining this huge mess up. When you pay a company 3000. for a service, you expect them to deliver. Steer clear of this company! There is no customer service and they just take your money and offer you nothing but a horrible and very embarrassing day. read more

The worst limo our group of friends have ever seen and then the worst service. I booked a stretch hummer to take our group of friends out and was later called and told that the hummer was sold and that we would have a Lincoln Navigator stretch, which was fine. The day of the event, the limo drive was late, which is the best part of the service. The limo that showed up was held together with tape. The lining was falling off the ceiling and the rest just got worse. We all got headaches and ill even with the windows down because of a sulfur gas that filled the vehicle. We got our and ended the service, I called the driver about 5 minutes after we got out and said that we were done for the day. The driver had stated that he did not smell anything. There were 8 of us that got felt sick. He then said that the battery under the seats was leaking and that he could replace it. Nope! We are not paying $1500 for a limo that makes us sick and is nothing at all like the photos that I was sent. I called Price4Limo and they were so rude and did nothing. So, in the middle of entertaining my friends that I invited for a fun day, I called my credit card and stopped payment. This was one of the worst experiences that I have had while booking FUN! Go with any limo company, other than this one! If you want to have pay money to have your day ruined and be treated like crap, call this company! read more
