The company's advertising--such as "Get your title back with TitleMax"--gives the impression that repayment is straightforward and leads to clear title recovery. In my experience, the actual structure did not match that expectation, and the payoff process was not as clear or direct as the advertising suggests. I encourage consumers to carefully review their full contract, payment allocation, and extension history before agreeing to or renewing any title pawn loan.
