I've done business with a lot of Titlemax locations over the last 10-15 years, and this is the single best location in Georgia. The employees are incredibly friendly, know their stuff, and willing to go above and beyond when you're a good repeat client. If you're in a pinch, they're willing to work with you in any way possible. I also really enjoy the great vacation/travel conversations I have with them every time I go in this office. :-) I've had an unfavorable experience with another location in Lilburn where they made a mistake and expected me to pay for their mistake even after I spent about 14 hours in their office over a period of 2 weeks to have this corrected. The company's advertising--such as "Get your title back with TitleMax"--gives the impression that repayment is straightforward and leads to clear title recovery. In my experience, the actual structure did not match that expectation, and the payoff process was not as clear or direct as the advertising suggests. I encourage consumers to carefully review their full contract, payment allocation, and extension history before agreeing to or renewing any title pawn loan.
