Tri-City offered the same services as everyone else for half the price. In addition, they gave my community a discount, since so many of us needed the work done. From the start, the communication from Jimmy has been excellent. He promptly responded to all emails within hours and informed me about weather-related delays. The work was done in 2 days and looked incredible. The crew was courteous and mindful of landscaping. On top of that, they installed all the screens I had stored in the garage, and replaced some spotlights that were too high for me to reach, free of charge.
