I've had my house power washed four or five times since we had it built. Sure, it looked kinda cleaner afterwards. Most of the pollen and spiderwebs were gone. But did it look brighter and fresher? No. That is-- until I tried Finishing Touch. Everything was bright and sparkling afterwards! Now, these folks do use a very diluted bleach solution-- the others used only water-- and this obviously makes all the difference. I have plants, including a bed of lettuce, all around the house, and none were harmed by the cleaning solution. Also, the owner is the one who actually does the work.Very different from other companies who seem to hire whoever they can find. Great job, great customer service, decent price. I found Finishing touch on Yelp and liked the reviews. So I decided to try them. They gave me a price based on my dimensions. Others wanted to do a in person estimate. I did not think it is necessary for a onsite estimate. The cost of the estimators time is always added into the cost, even when it is called free. It's not rocket science, most companies know exactly how long it takes and how much cleaner is needed for a 3800 sq ft house. Jacob arrived within the stated time window and he was very professional.
