The facility has security cameras. While moving things into a storage unit in the 2 story building, someone stole some of my belongings. The office rep told me I'd need a police report. Sheriff Deputy arrived and asked to see the video footage; he was told he'd need a warrant signed by a judge. Attorneys are being appointed as judges and they are busy with felony cases, petty theft crimes seem insignificant. The stolen items are a great loss, and all I have is a Report #. I don't know why the criminal is protected instead of a new customer. I'm posting so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

****Whatever you do DO NOT choose Price Self Storage!!!*** I've had Price Self Storage for two years now and I'm moving out asap. I can not believe how high my rent has been raised in two years. Just six months ago my rent was raised to $211 for my 10x10 unit. I just got a call today that my rent is being raised to $241. Every six months my rent is being raised 15%!!!! I feel like I'm being priced out of my unit so they can kick me out to rent my place out to someone else at a higher rate than what I'm paying, even with all my rent hikes. All though their staff is incredibly friendly, their pricing and every 6 month rent hikes are extremely unfair. Shame on you Price Self Storage! read more

-1 STAR MUST READ : I was at this location for about two months and it was the worst experience i've ever had at any location. Bonita is a horrible person please read previous renters experience im not the only one. On my second day there Bonita already had a problem with me she made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there and claimed I was "loitering" when putting my items away and organizing during proper hours. Even though you're renting a spot she will make you feel uncomfortable and once you address you're concerns or issues she will threaten you with eviction and when asked the reason she will say for having a smart mouth. Later on during that first week of moving in she couldn't wait to find another issue this time my service dog was the reason to come up to my unit and yell at me, I stated he's a service dog she didn't want to hear it she said NO PETS going against her own jobs policy's. I finally addressed this to an employee under her before paying for next months rent for the reason of not trying to be harassed anymore I let her know the whole situation and to please have me connected to a higher up and instead of being helped I got sent a 10 day notice to evict because she refused to let her supervisor contact me. I have two video footage recordings of her actions, she didn't like that. One thing I know is she shouldn't be working in customer service with an attitude towards people like that. I have never met the regional manger but doesn't seem like she's doing her job either since I never got a phone call to say my side of the story or even a courtesy call for a reason for eviction and she's the one who had to sign off. Please don't give your money away to people who don't want you on the property, If I was the owner I would be mortified to have someone like that working for my business that I grew and putting my reputation on the line. In the last 24 hours I suddenly had to find a new place to sleep and a new storage unit. I am beyond stressed and scared,,,I have none to talk to. I was so stressed about my belongings in my old unit and having to find a new unit in such short notice,,,with a good payment. Until I was recommended here, it was incredibly simple! The Manager, Bentia, was incredibly helpful and kind! Not only did she just do her job, she went beyond! I have been using Price Self Storage off and on for the last 19 years. I have no complaints and have always had a good experience. The staff is and always has been friendly, knowledgeable, and always available and willing to assist. Benita has been there for years and its always nice to still see her when I go in. For the most part, the standards and operations have always remained the same which for me is a good thing because i dislike change. As far as the facility goes, its always clean and well maintained. This place is clean, and great for people who have an abundance of cash, but I think it's pretty audacious and outright unethical to raise prices the way they do. I had recently sold my house and was in transition with moving out of state. I needed a place to store my items for a while and ended up going with Price Self Storage in Rancho Cucamonga. The location is easily accessible off the 210 Fwy and Haven Ave,. Which was a plus since it made stopping by a breeze on my way to/from work. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helped me with my 10x10 fairly quickly, we went over options.. indoor/outdoor/ downstairs/upstairs.. I decided to go with an upstairs inside locker that was a little bit less monthly. I worried that the second floor would be problematic, but it was not. They have a freight elevator and carts that you can use at the facility. My husband and I were able to move the entire contents of our house by ourselves. The facility is super clean, I never came across any critters, trash, or dirt. It is well lit, and has an abundance of cameras. The staff is readily available to assist you should you need anything. Special shout out to Javier! He helped us downsize from our 10x10 to a 5x5 same day without any issues, we were lucky to score a spot that was about 25 feet away from our old locker making that little move very easy. I stored my items here for nearly 10 months and would definitely recommend this place to others in the the area. read more

Not recommended! It is stressful enough to move, but what this staff put us through was ridiculous. It appears their computer only recognizes a customer profile by the unit number you have rented, and not by your name. Also, if you are unfortunately in need of long-term storage, yes, they'll kick you when you're down. Before a year expired, the rate went up every few months, and worse after a year. This company demonstrated to me through their assorted "fees" and unkind customer service that they are not really motivated to ease your storage experience, but simply a profit-focused company with a few rude and uncaring staff. Heaven help you if you're there close to closing time. We will never use them again. read more

DON'T store your items here! They are liars and thieves. We never do auto-pay, "somehow" it was signed up for, without our knowledge. I went in to pay, NOBODY told me that we had already paid, so our account is overdrawn twice costing us close to $70 and they won't take responsibility for it. I will leave one star for this cites manager , she deserves it for being the only kind person here and for treating me with respect. Otherwise If i could leave zero stars I would. I live 40 mins away from this location, I chose this place for its good reviews and cleanness. I have been here 1 MONTH only and came here only twice with today's visit to bring some more stuff. Today during my second visit , I was treated horribly. The girl in the office treated me with disrespect , eye rolls, and told me I was wasting her time. I showed up at 6:50 and said she would charge me $25 for every 15 mins I remained in the property since closing time was 7pm. I agreed and quickly unloaded to try to be out of there as soon as I could. To then be told never mind you have an indoor unit and I cannot open it., (you do realize your wasting my time right? ) with a high angry tone and an eye roll. She was very confrontational I almost felt attacked. I was definitely expecting for her to get physical with me I wouldn't have been surprised if she did . I'm in shock and disbelief. I will not recommend this place to anyone , I was treated with disgust and disrespect. No other business had ever treated me this way. You would think that being the customer , who pays monthly dues and chose this location over so many others nearby , you would at least get treated with respect. I understand there's policies and I am not an exception to those but at this point it wasn't even about the time policies but the amount of disrespect I was getting treated with. I told her I would call in and speak to the manager and she yelled go ahead call her. As she drove off in her golf cart she called the manager , I approached her again as I approached the exit and she handed the phone over to me saying if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said sure and explained to her what had happened and the poor treatment I had experienced while the worker argued and yelled god knows what in the background. ( No manners) After giving her , her phone back she snatched it from my hand and gave me a foul look. Definitely not a proper way to treat customers. I will look for another storage nearby and take my business elsewhere. Somewhere where I drive less and get treated with respect & not like I would in a ghetto alley. The people at this Price self storage were always incredibly nice and helpful. They are super sweet and always made me feel like I wasn't just a customer. The area my unit was in was indoors and was clean and I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. The only downside was that there was a price increase which happens with any storage place. read more

I've moved out and have opened up my boxes and they are covered in bugs! I didn't have any food in the unit. All of my kitchen supplies and bins are filled with bugs. This is ridiculous. I have to clean everything all over again. Never coming back... been ripped off by this place with extremely high rent and as a final kick in the rear all of my stuff has dead bugs in them.
