It was uneven and looked like they just didn't care. We didn't realize how bad it was until we got home and gave her hair a good brushing. We took her to SmartStyle and Holly worked her magic and undid all the damage that the other place had done. Holly was great, made our daughter feel comfortable and spent over 45 minutes making sure it was done right this time. We will be sure to return to SmartStyle in Bedford and want to thank Holly for the wonderful work and making a little girl very happy!

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, and as soon as I walked in I was greater by the salon owner (didn't know that's who she was at the time) and she was able to squeeze me in with the Esthetician. I was very impressed with how clean and nice the salon looked, and the staff were professionally dressed, and not looking like they are about to head out to a club (which I have encountered before at a different salon). The Esthetician was very good and her job, I was very happy with how she did my brows and I'm usually very picky. The price for waxing is pretty much around the same as anything in the area, I didn't look at the prices for hair services though. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. And I am very happy to see a better manager and staff in the location. I will definitely be going back.

I had some pictures that I brought in that I liked, and told the girl cutting my hair that I liked these but I wasn't sure what would look good on me, and asked for her opinion. She looked at the picture and just said "yeah ok cool", not answering my question at all. I have had a cut like it before so I decided to just go with it. About halfway through the hair cut, she "cut" her finger (although honestly it was barely a cut) and she made a huge scene of it. She spent 20 minutes tending to this "cut", the manager went back and told her (loud enough for everyone to hear) to suck it up, it was fine. So after sitting there for about 25 minutes doing nothing, she finally come back, makes a few more snips, then sits down, she does this a few times. take off her sweater, and says to me "oh now you get my hairy armpits in your face" At this point I just wanted to get this finished and get the hell out of there. But she continues to sit down and eventually goes into a random room and doesn't come back out. Eventually another stylist finishes up with her client and is able to finish my haircut.... but the first stylist has "misplaced" the pictures and the 2nd stylist has no idea whats the cut ws supposed to look like. Needless to say, I ended up with a crappy cut, and it took almost 1 hour and 45 min. And then they had the nerve to ask for a tip. I told the manager to be thankful I was even paying for the cut, there was no way I was tipping anoyone. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone!!!

He decided to unleash he's devilish side once in the store. Making it near impossible for me to find the items I had come to get! But then one very helpful sales associate came to my rescue! I told her what I was looking for and she found it all right away for me, while I wrangled my wild toddler. She even distracted him while I was doing my debit transaction! While others in my party were offered tea or coffee she asked if I wanted "water or anything" the way a child would, if asked by their parents to do so. I am an older individual and my chair slid out from underneath me when I sat for my pedicure. My neck is still in pain a week later. My hand got cut during the fall and bled throughout the manicure.
