I used them to install a 8 camera 1 DVR system for my home and what a disaster. It looked like a child installed it wires everywhere and trash everywhere. Just look at the attached photos and this is only a few of them I could go on and on. I had to take it out and reinstall it myself. I ended up suing them and WON!!!!!! This company monitors our Fire System and our Alarm system. By telephone, it does take some time to reach a live person. You must select which service you need: commercial or home. It's a few minutes though. You can also monitor your system using their online portal. It is alright. I've been on there enough to know my way around to navigate. Otherwise, I could see how it would be deemed: not user-friendly. Things became easier for me when I was granted "Admin Access". I usually also need to call them to set our systems on "Test" mode when our there is service on our HVAC system or when our Fire System is having the quarterly test. There are several areas they they need access to such as the fire riser room, the monitoring box, and the rest of the panels, which are all over the property. Sometimes the service call turns out to be that the batteries need to be replaced. I like that I will get an email when the tech is on the way over; this just gives me a heads up. Some vendors assume that I am here all the time. Yes, I work full-time.

Had to call them back as system was sending an error that one of the sensors was showing low battery. They told me would $59 but end up charging plus another $189 for"diagnosis". Guy washers literally 10 minutes. He confirmed that battery was low and said the prior replacements should have lasted much longer. Don't mind tbd $59 plus the $3 for tbd battery but the diagnostic charge that they completed over the phone when I called is a total ripoff.

I was having issues with my safe, and when I asked the gal in the office, if they have specs for a specific model and make - they were able to verify they have done work with that safe. They give you a quote over the phone and honor that! No hidden fees or other sneaky charges that a lot of the other companies I was calling were telling me. The technician (Ron) was extremely professional & VERY polite! He called before he came out to my home letting me know when he was on his way; then again as he was coming up my street! I must also state - Right at the time the technician came, it was my daughter's nap time, and he was very patient and understanding about letting me put her down! The guys came out installed everything and when we had problems because of an older home they were even able to come back and fix everything! Even though they did not need to they have helped me figure out the entire system and when I had a separate issue that is not related to our security system and mentioned it Craig was able to help us out... Geek squad wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole because of the water and wiring and gas being so close, but Craig's guys did it in a perfectly safe manner without any issue. He also installed an amazing THX style surround sound system mounting all the speakers in the ceiling (and re-wiring what the Pulte M&M Electric guys had done since M&M had set up the TV to be on a completely different odd wall-very annoying). It integrates cox cable, Apple TV, Roku, Blue Ray, and our music library. The video entertainment system can be controlled with our One Harmony remote (no more 5 different remotes and he set up our smart phones/iPad with an app to do it all as well). All the equipment is hidden in the hall closet and laundry room. So simple, my kids can easily use it and my wife loves it. He also set up remaining speakers throughout the house and in the backyard to be on the Sonos system. This system allows us to play completely different music in every room via Pandora, iTunes, Sirius, Amazon Music, etc. At any point the music station or playlist be added to any other room, multiple rooms or played throughout the house. All controlled thru the iPad/iPhone. No knobs on the walls. Yes-my wife can listen to Howard Stern while getting ready in the master bathroom and I can listen to another Sirius station in the bedroom at the same time, and my kids can listen to Kidz Bop upstairs. At any time these rooms can be merged onto the same station to play the same thing at the exact same time. Dynatel also put an intercom system in that is really helpful - has a monitoring feature that we use for our baby and the system works great to page the whole house when trying to get the kids to come for dinner. :) He pricing was comparable to other quotes that we got, but the system/features/package/integration and service that we got from Craig was WAY BETTER!!!!
