You pay them to do what you want not what they want. Make sure ahead of time before you give your time to this business. Oh I forgot to mention they even had the guts to send me a letter asking me to go elsewhere after I requested to have my work send to me so I can fix what they messed up. In today's business world there are many businesses that will actually work with you in custom printing. Investigate places first. Which admittingly, I should have before blindly believing what they told me when I first went to this place of business. In other words, they bait and switch according to their needs not yours.

So we finally asked a question about lace and she said "this is not that kind of store. It's a quilting store." Um yeah, we were highly aware and obvious it's a "quilting store," we just asked a question. The vibe from the employee was so off. So we definitely will another fabric store. This store carries Fair Trade items and most of their products are displayed with information about where it came from. Example: Scarves or Headbands made from recycled Sari's.
