I was in today for a keratin hair treatment, a facial and eyebrow microblading. I had a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paula. I stopped by this quaint hair studio Saturday morning, hoping to find an appointment for a blow out & an updo for a friend in the afternoon. The hair stylist/owner was very accommodating. When we arrived for our appointments the regular customers & owner made us feel right at home. My blow out was amazing! I received several compliments, it didn't frizz at all in the August humidity. The price was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend this place!!!!! read more

I went in the salon near the art store on warren in Hudson NY specifically asking for a trim. i mentioned i was "thinking about side swipe bangs but I'm not sure", next thing i know the stylist says "i don't like these" and completely chopped my bangs straight across, i asked for layers and got a five minute chop job, i asked for two inches off and got six chopped off, I'm devastated and cant stop crying. this woman must be on drugs!! she did what she wanted completely ignoring my requests, and not only that, in her rush she left strips of uncut hair all over my head! i want my money back! she cut one side of my bangs nearly back to my ear and the other side right behind my eye, i wouldn't recommend this woman to cut a dogs hair! i feel humiliated!! read more
