Lastly, today, I received a letter from this firm saying they one said they had worked with me for years on my taxes which was incorrect and secondly said they would no longer be able to act as my accountant and that I 'engage another accounting firm'. This is extremely poor service and very unprofessional practices. I would have expected better service and communication.
