Yeah, I did temp work for a couple months trying to supplement my income, and I went to EPS simply…read morebecause it was by my house. Their fees for moving someone from temporary to permanent are crazy high. In other words, if you do a temp job for them and that employer wants to hire you on permanently, then that employer has to pay an outrageous fee to EPS. Unfortunately, the employers aren't willing to pay it and you're always without permanent placement. As for EPS's services, yikes. I kept getting called for jobs 20 miles outside of BN, which is fine, but only to show up there and have the employer cancel the entire shift. No gas reimbursement, no other placement - just wasted time, energy and money. I also had to call in each morning to "check in" with a staffer so that they knew I could do work, but never received calls. Weeks would go by without a call and then one hour before an out-of-town shift a temper would call and ask me to work. If I said no, that temper was quite forceful and guilt-provoking in saying that they had a job, I should want it, I won't get any others, etc. Even when employers requested me through EPS ahead of time, EPS would not call until the last minute. Not a fan; not recommended; you'll waste more money and time messing with these tempers than you will working.

If I could leave no stars I would. My boyfriend had applied here and got a job. He got sick at some…read morepoint and couldn't show up to work. Well no wonder, the doctor said he had an infection given his fevers so I knew why he couldn't go to work and why he called off the days he did. Tell me why, some lady from Express Employment called my boyfriend after a few days of missing work treating him like he's missing on purpose and telling him that he should feel better by now if it were Covid and what not. I work in the medical field and for me to hear some random lady diagnosing my boyfriend is sickening and illegal. The next day Express took him off the Job without his consent, even though he had means to get better and return to work. We have bills for crying out loud. Don't use these Petty "helpers".
