I am a current employed through this temp acency at the Fayetteville location. I have been working through this Pridestaff on and off for the last few years because it offered decent administrative positions and the service the staffing agents gave was excellent. There were genuinely people who wanted to put you in a position of success(only speaking for Fayettville,Ga. location). Im just returning to an available status after being HOSPITALIZED and its like hitting a brick wall. All sorts off issue stated coming up as to why i cant be placed in one of the hundreds of position in the area. Even though documentation has been given to prove my hospitalization I am some how "in the wrong"(?). The current people that work at that location act as if they dont have the time, are not encuraged to help, and that you are another worked.I use to be able to happily refer alot of people to and talk about pridestaff to anyone who wanted good position with a great agency, but now i might as well tell them to go to Randstad... cause that's basically what she suggested that I do. The only reason im giving them a three is for HOW THEY OPPERATED IN THE PAST NOT THE CURRENT for the simple fact that even though I have an good resume im still sitting here jobless, even though based on there site there are multiple aministrative positions that i quailfy for. I called on a Monday and explained that I saw the Recruiting Assistant position posted and submitted my resume. I was asked my name and my information was researched. Someone was suppose to get back me the next day after speaking to the Owner, but I never heard anything back. I called back in two days and was scheduled an appointment with the Staffing Coordinator. When I arrived, the individual I was scheduled to see acted as if she didn't know that I had an appointment that day which was apparent by the office casual dress code and flip flops. I was asked very standard questions and told that I would be called back in to speak to the Owner. I was also told if I didn't hear back in two days, to follow up. I emailed the Staffing Coordinator in two days because she never followed up. When asked about the status of everything, her only response in the email was "We are still interviewing". I replied and asked about the meeting that I was suppose to have with the Owner and she never responded. Very unprofessional company. Too many staffing agencies out there to deal with one that is rude and doesn't follow up. read more
