Love this store for its size and simplicity! I know there's one in Freehold NJ, but I wish there was a location much closer to North Jersey. Surprisingly, I stumbled upon their location when I was in Amsterdam, Netherlands earlier this year. They have great, reasonable deals on various items (i.e. jewelry, makeup, other accessories, hats, boots, clothes, etc). I purchased the most adorable Keith Haring bucket hat. It was on sale for $1... yes, ONE dollar. No way I could leave that on the rack. Lol! Also, the service is friendly and upbeat at the checkout counter to make for an all around joyful shopping experience. This is my all time favorite store. Reasonably priced, great selections from family to home decor!! The store is a London based store and does not have an online presence. I first visited Primark last year when I was in London. I absolutely fell in love with it and was beyond thrilled to find that there were a couple of stores here in the US, two of them a short drive away in Pennsylvania. unfortunately, the domestic store has pale in comparison to the ones in New York. They have a fraction of the variety offered at the London store (to be fair, that store was for floors and this one was barely two). There is no cafe, beauty bar, manicure station or eyebrow bar like the one in London... Maybe because it's attached to the mall. I don't know. The top floor reminds me of the store five and below with its assortment of odds and ends. Water bottles, string lights, throw pillows, headphones, phone chargers, mini speakers, etc. On the other side of the entrance is a small travel section offering $20 duffle bags and a small assortment of suitcases... 1 selling for 50 euros. Yes, euros. They also soul travel accessories such as suitcase locks, travel wallets, luggage scales, and eye masks to wear while you sleep on the plane. The lower level has clothes for men women and children, as well as shoes and a large section dedicated to makeup and accessories. not really impressed with the selection of women's apparel. Moreover, they seemed to carry a dearth of sizes available above size 6. Also, because the apparel is cut in a european-style, much of it was very narrow, especially in the bust area. While I was thoroughly impressed with the variety offered in the shoe section, unfortunately they only go up to a size 10 (I'm an 11).there were all kinds of flip-flops, sandals, imitation Birkenstocks, boots, pumps and lots of colorful canvas tennis shoes. And most of these shoes or $6 or less. The fitting rooms are unisex. Still not quite sure how I feel about that. Nonetheless, I really appreciate that there are strong magnets on the curtain of each fitting room that allow them to close completely. Primark when walking in you are met by a variety of toys and accessories. I did not expect there to be so many Disney themed toys and fun Disney themed gadgets. The store is clean and the workers are helpful and tidy. At the lower section of the store you can find United States professional sports team jerseys and wear. At very affordable prices such as $20 for a Jersey. They also sell Disney related duffel bags for $25, which again I have never such affordable prices. Totally love this store-It was my first time here and I had heard so many good things about this place. If you are planning a visit here I suggest two thing-number uno plan on setting a aside a few hours 2/3 if you are in a shopping mood also please come with a shopping list or else you might just go crazy trying to buy every deal you see. Great prices, but poorly managed. We love coming here for their deals, but the lines are long and in terrible spots in the store. The employees seem miserable, which may be because of bad management. I haven't seen a happy employee in this store. We would come here more often if it wasn't such a painful experience. I always leave feeling sucked dry. I think they need to work on the atmosphere and better customer service. Treat their employees better. The store is clean and the racks are organized. Very busy busy store. The layout is rather confusing to me and the neon lights give me a headache. Their merchandise is plentiful and super cheap! You're getting what you pay for here the tank tops are very thin and nearly see through. I've gotten a really nice bathing suit cover up last season, it's navy blue crochet floral cover up. I got 2 cute tank tops that I'll have to wear something under it, and I've gotten some pretty night gowns here too. I got some nice sandals for the pool last year- very comfortable. I've tried primark highlighter make up and was pleasantly surprised. Be careful though because many look used and have been fingered. They aren't sanitary enough but the one I chose had the plastic cover in tact so it was good to go. The staff is friendly & helpful from the floor people to the cashiers. I came here in hopes of obtaining some new summer outfits. The store is a huge mess and everything is on the floor. You have to double check the hangers due to mixed sizes on items. Primark is cheap but it's not as cheap as people told me. It's like a 1/2 step lower than Forever 21 (price wise). For an extremely large store with racks and racks of clothes, I only walked out with 1 thing. The clothes on the mannequins and posters around the store are hard to find or they're not available altogether. The accessories here are really nice though, and I would love to buy a few things as Christmas gifts. I saw people walking out with bags and bags of clothes, and so they must be doing something right. But, I can guarantee I can find the same item at a F21 for the same exact price or maybe less. Since it's all the way at KOP, I will most likely not be visiting again anytime soon. However, hopefully by the time I come next, there will be better choices with an affordable price! read more

Oddly enough, what got me to visit Primark for the first time was YouTube vlogger, Safiya Nygaard, who did a vlog review of this very story (her boyfriend is from Philly, and of course wears the obligatory mesh gym shorts all the time). I've made only one trip so far, but I was not super-impressed. The store itself was overwhelming. It is a gigantic store. I looked at their square footage on the mall directory, and it was not as big as the anchor stores, but somehow it feels vast and confusing inside, basically the IKEA effect. It seemed like they wanted to daze and confuse the customer in order to draw you through, and make you feel lost in there. It's oddly dark everywhere, with a lot of black background, absorbing light into the walls and ceiling, and then the main lightsources are shining down on the merch, like "BUY THIS." I was fascinated with the apparent psychology behind the design, or at least its psych effect on me. They do have a little of everything, and it is all very low-priced. I can see the appeal and temptation to buy things here just because it's such a relatively low price for the item you are getting (compared to that item's counterparts at other stores). HOWEVER, I found the quality of the merch to be generally pretty low, and not worth the money when it wears out, breaks, or disintegrates in a week. It takes more effort, but when you wait for sales at other stores, you can get better quality for just as cheap, so to me, I just could not bring myself to get into the spirit of the place. I also noticed that behind the displays with the big "$5" signs, were plenty of regularly priced items whose prices match what I'd expect at other retail stores, maybe Primark was a couple dollars lower, but really about the same. So, meh, I say. I just don't get it. When I tried to get help from a sales associate, he was totally not helpful. He told me he didn't work in that department (though he was standing in it, and refilling stock there), and told me to find someone else to help me. When I did find someone else, and confirmed that was her department, I asked about where certain merchandise was and she had no idea if they even had it. So that was a waste of 10 minutes, and I left with nothing thanks to not being helped. The place was packed, though, with plenty of dazed customers, rambling around, looking for $5 items. So I will give it another try to see if there is something about this place I missed. I am giving it 3 stars because I enjoyed watching Safiya Nygaard explore the place, at least. read more

I came in today to see what all the fuss was about and wow! I was blown away! (I literally spent like an hour wandering the store). Not sure if this is a typical experience but they were marking down tons of things to $5 or less and had clearance on every end cap! I scored two sets of light cotton pjs for my sister for $3 each and tons of make-up/beauty/pampering stocking stuffers (nail polish minis/Chapstick/lipstick and lipgloss mini duo) for my work Pollyanna. I spent around $14 and bought 12 things, so obviously I made out pretty well! I'll have to check back after the holidays to see if I'm impressed when everything is full price! read more

I went to pick up a few vacation essentials, did not disappoint. Stuff is reasonably priced and attractive. Stuff is not made to last forever but one to two seasons If you take care of it. Where do I begin? WORST Primark I have ever been in between the USA and The UK! For a store this large, the employees, management and company should be ashamed of its state! So, first of all it's at the very end of one of the two main spikes of the mall. Entering the store was gross as in front of it smelled of stale cigarettes Once inside, it looked like the Tanzanian Devil from Looney Tunes ripped his way through the store. NOT ONE department was recovered and stocked. Clothes on the floor. Trash on the floor. Open packaging. Soda and coffee cups scattered throughout. Hangers on the floor. Forget finding anything you're looking for. In the women's department 99% of the sizes were XXS, XS, S and M. And that IF the item you were looking at had any stock; multiple fixtures were EMPTY or had two items there. The Home Dept is a JOKE! You take an escalator up and there's a little platform type area. Disappointed. There was a male employee there robotically putting out Christmas trinkets. I remarked how dirty and messy the area was and how they have displays but you cannot find the items to purchase. He didn't offer to help at all. Back downstairs, the shoes and makeup sections were disasters. Open products, tested products, broken products, shoes missing their mates and GARBAGE everywhere. The checkout process is horrendous with only one toll area. The employees were atrocious. Rude. Screaming at customers. None smiling. They all looked like they hated their jobs. More on the employees, none were recovering the store. None we restocking and replenishing the store. None were seen cleaning up the garbage and mess all over the store. I never leave a Primark empty handed. Today I did. I won't recommend this location to anyone and I won't be back. read more

Funny story : Primark is closed on Easter day. Out of all days we decided to go to KOP Mall with my friend on Sunday Easter day. We drove all the way from Philly just to get there and realize that the mall was closed. Google map didn't say anything, it wasn't posted anywhere. We couldn't believe it, so we sat in the car for like one hour in the parking lot. People kept coming every 5min with joy on their faces trying to get in the mall but quickly turned around mad cause the Mall was damn closed. I still took a couple of candids in front of Kop. I think that Primark is best summed up by my first visit there. I was perusing and a nice looking pair of shoes caught my eye. When I felt them and realized that the quality was lacking, I reconsidered, thinking "They look nice, but shoes this flimsy can't be worth more than $15." I checked the price tag... FIVE DOLLARS! The product quality there isn't great. I don't think anything they sell will win durability awards. But they have a lot of fairly stylish stuff for rock bottom prices. I wouldn't buy the staple clothes that I wear all the time there, but it's a great place to pick up some nice looking items that you'll only wear for a season or on a handful of occasions without breaking the bank. Jay-Ryan and Amani are EXCELLENT customer service representatives! Their energy and inaction were infectious! Although I am out of the age range of their consumer base, this store was exciting, well-stocked, and excellent for staple items such as layered shirts, t-shirts, and jeans. The store is massive and would take a while to go through on your first visit. I wish they had a closer location, as this one is located in King of Prussia Mall. I think a more centralized location in Christiana or Concord Mall would be a great addition to Primark then that trek to KOP. I purchased roughly 20 items for less than $110. All the items in my purchase were 100% cotton items, including jeans and socks. There are a lot of items throughout the store and a crowd of other shoppers to match. Bring your patience...other people love the store just as much as you will! The checkout line maybe 20 people deep....but the customer service is well worth it! read more

Great prices. The actual product can be hit or miss as far as durability/quality. Their suits and dress shirts fortunately fit me perfectly. Probably not the best place for bigger framed people--think Euro-fit. I can buy a full suit (jacket, vest, and pants) for under $100 and I'd put it up against any suit out there for overall appearance. Shirt, tie, shoes, all the way down to underwear and socks and you are only adding on another $30-50. Highly recommend for someone on a budget. Why pay $200 for a jacket when you can redo your entire wardrobe for almost that amount. The only drawback is the people--SO many PEOPLE. Definitely take a few deep breaths before you go in. The lines get extremely long but to their credit they keep them moving quick so don't let it deter you. read more

Be prepared to spend some serious time in here. The first time I visited the store I didnt have a lot of time, so I pretty much just went to the shoe section. I happen to be looking for a particular of silver shoes for a wedding and guess what my eyes fell upon, silver shoes! Not only were they the color I need they were the price I needed also, $7! You know that feeling you get when you find a great deal and you're feeling awesome? Lol, well that was me. I visited Primark for a second time. I didn't realize how huge the store was. Even on my second visit with more time on my hands I didnt get a chance to make my way throughout the entire place. Let me say that you will find something to buy! There is a home goods section that's pretty decent also. I end up purchasing 5 pair of shoes, 2 dresses, kitchen towels, queen sheet set, a scarf, and a travel cosmetic set all for $50.31! I will say that if you go during price cuts you'll find many items for $2, $3, and $5. You are bound to find something. Some of the prices for some items of clothing I felt were not worth the price, so I didn't buy them, lol. Reminder: get one of those pull carts with wheels, you're going to need it. This place has been on my list of adventures for awhile and I finally made the trek the other day and I was amazed! For starters just the outside entrance of the place is cool and trendy. As soon as you walk in its a rush of adrenaline because it's just so such to see and I really didn't know where to start. They carry men's, women's, children, baby, beauty and home.. Even luggage and VERY cheap prices.. $17 for a hard shell carry-on? The quality seems legit too may I add. The women's selection is of course huge just like any dept. store. Shoes, sandals, sleep wear, purses, accessories, denim, workout, beauty, dresses and on and on. But they men's section is also very impressive. They carry all the basic but also suits! I didn't venture into the kids dept. but what I could see was a lot of really trendy clothing and shoes. The home section was very nice, affordable duvets, decor, candles, rugs etc. The general feel if Primark is definitely the style that's trending now - "boho chic". I picked up some nice pieces of clothing which btw the quality seems great, comfortable and fits true to size! I'll probably venture back in a week or 2 when there's new variety. read more

Ah Primark, What's not to love about you? Think of it as an H&M at an open price point. Coming in here and perusing their large variety of trendy apparel and accessories may be overwhelming at first, but once you dive in and glance at the price tags, your mini shopping cart will be filled up before you know it. I easily end up spending AT LEAST 1.5 hours in this store. It's absolutely impossible for me to walk in and not come home with at least 5 items. Ladies patterned tanks and shorts is marked at $6. Patterned dresses at $8...HOW?... It's unreal. I need to cut back every. single. time. One day I just might try to buy one of each article of clothing that comes in my size... For example a group of 5 were having their own conversation behind the counter while customers were in line to checkout. Oh the heaven that is Primark. I have been dreaming of Primark for a few years now (my sister studied abroad in London and I wanted to steal everything she bought from there) and I am glad to say I finally made it to the KOP location. The store is massive!! They have a women's section, men's, babies, lingerie, shoes, bags, jewelry, and housewares. The selection is huge and the range of clothing sizes is appealing. The store was neat and organized. And the best part is.... THE PRICES! I purchased a pair of flats for $5.... plus 3 shirts, a watch, a purse, a face mask, two rolls of wrapping paper, and rings for $68. Like what?! Yup I was happy. H&M meets Zara at less than Forever 21 prices. As soon as I walked into this store I was overwhelmed by its awesomeness. Under one roof you can find trendy clothing for men, women, children and babies at extremely reasonable prices. They also have linens and decor for the home. The store is really busy and not very organized since people put things back wherever they want. Checkout lines are very long but move fast. This store is a hidden gem that comes from Europe and I'm sure once it catches wind in the States, it'll be at all malls. read more

This store is amazing! They literally have everything -- and it's SO CHEAP. There are tons of sections of clothes that are sort of organized by style -- sweaters and casual tops, bottoms, more like "going out" or club wear, lounge wear, etc. They also have huge selections of accessories, shoes, beauty products and house wears. You could spend hours in here. I particularly like the home goods. I got throw pillows that seemed equal in quality to target and were $9 each. That is cheaper than IKEA! They also do a good job organizing the checkout so you can get through quickly even if there is a long line. The bathroom was pretty gross but that's not a huge deal. It wasn't unusable. read more

Don't expect to find super high quality stuff here. Instead, expect to find stylish clothes that fit and are cheap. In fact, most times I look at item and then think to myself, what would I really want to pay for something like this? Then I turn the price tag over and guess what...that's the price! I'd say quality is slightly below Old Navy grade but not by much. However the amount of different styles and items they have means that you shouldn't walk out empty handed. The most amazing place for great, cheap, but well made clothes. The only problem is that it's a European company so it's not great for tall people. $100 and you will get 2/2 a new wardrobe and new sheets for your bed. There sale rack is extraordinary and they have everything from underwear to earrings. Kids and baby clothes. Men's. Shoes hair ties. Love this place. Can't just run in. This is my first time in a Primark store, as I was looking for Sunglasses because the sun came out on a previously cloudy day walking around the King of Prussia Mall. It was a decent experience, with a few drawbacks. They have a good selection of products at great prices, I found a pair of decent polorised sunglasses for just $4!! The quality didn't seem bad either. The biggest drawback was they only had one area to checkout in the store (the other was closed), and the line was very long. It was also the most registers and cashiers I have seen in one place or any store! I waited around 10 minutes in line and it was clear the employees were working as fast as they could to keep the line moving and were all very friendly on top of it all. I just wish they had the other section open to divide up the lines. All in all, it was a good experience and I would return to shop again and check out other products. read more

There is a reason the items in places like Primark are so cheap, and it's because they are made out of the cheapest materials in other countries where slave workers are underpaid. I made the stupid mistake of actually buying items here. I bought a five pack of men's briefs, got them home, and discovered the fabric they are made out of is as flimsy as tissue paper. Not being hyperbolic. I could rip through these fuckers with a fart. I also bought a Halloween onesie, "bat" themed, to wear to a party. I got it home and put on this "XL" garment to discover my crotch crushed, my arms barely able to move, my stomach area crammed in. Perhaps this is an "XL" in Asia, where no doubt tiny child hands constructed it. There were/are also holes in the pockets. If you want to contribute to our disposable culture by buying items you are going to throw away within a few months, by all means waste your money in this shit hole of a store. read more

Although the quality isn't always great, I'm willing to overlook it because of how inexpensive it is. Just another excuse to go back next season, right?
