Overall, she went above and beyond in rectifying the situation and I can't wait to go in and do some shopping! I could be running in for a pair of jeans or a dress for a cocktail party, and the women at Posh are able to pull pieces for me, style with shoes & jewelry and have me out the door in 30 minutes if needed. Or I could spend the entire afternoon there, putting together some great pieces for a fabulous vacation. I always feel special and great about myself after leaving. We found a few things to try on-- the woman seemed really unclear on what it is that we wanted even though I explained to her a few times- not square neck, preferably pants, detail in the top (mom liked beading). She tried on a bunch of stuff and the woman was a lot more hands on-- which I liked-- in the last dress, she walked her out to the three-way mirror and crouched down behind her, holding all the excess fabric back so that mom could see what the dress would look like if it were fitted. Then, this seems to be a problem on the main line, some woman comes in and they know each other and they get to chatting and it's *all* I can do to get them to stop talking about pilates or whatever and help us out...we're in our last dress, we like it, we have questions. I know you're only working because you're bored-- but close the deal. Overall it was fine and the selection was actually pretty good...but I've had much better service elsewhere.

One associate was texting behind a fixture near the stock room in the back of the store and she didn't look up as I walked by. I approached another associate to request help. She was friendly and seemed to be willing to help me find what I was looking for. I told I would go ahead and start trying things on in the fitting room while she was looking for the item I asked her about. Having spent many years working in retail myself, I expected the associate to come back with with the item in my size or to let me know that she couldn't find and offer an alternative option. She never came to the fitting room, so I came out and found her on the floor. She then told me that she didn't have my size. I decided not to make a purchase because of the poor customer service.
