Unprofessional! Staff and Technician. This was my first visit. I checked in with the receptionist. She was not friendly or helpful. I waa sent directly into the technicians office. Lisa, the technucian, proceeded to inject Botox. She did not discuss her treatment plan or the price. I only wanted 40cc, she gave me 60cc. I budgeted for 40cc. When my bill was processed, I owed $600 not $400 as I expected. The receptionist would not discuss the discrepancy with me. I have had treatments here several times by a few of the nurses the last few years and they were both wonderful. Although the prices are definitely high it's worth coming to an establishment where you are treated and well and who care. They take their time to do the procedures well and explain the options. Very disappointed with the service here. Did a Groupon and they honor the Groupon price of you go straight through them. However the lady neglected to keep me updated with my laser treatment. At first I just thought it was horrible bedside manner. But in addition to that, she didn't tell me until AFTER my second session that I require a different laser for my color and that was not covered in the Groupon price. So if I wanted to proceed I would have to ask the front desk how much extra it is (she wouldn't even tell me the price which I'm sure she knew). It would've been best to tell me that during my evaluation before treatment was even started on me so I could make a decision before proceeding. As a first time customer here, I'm very disappointed in the length of my hydrafacial. I was only in the treatment room for 30 minutes when the website states the facial is 45 minutes minimum. I've seen other people complain about this issue here as well. Nicola was friendly but she did call me two hours before to ask me if I can come in sooner.. I couldn't because I had another appointment before that. So that could be the reason I was shorted along with the fact that I had a Groupon special. I've gotten this facial in the past and it's never been under 45 minutes, so I can't help but feel jipped. I've called after my appointment to explain the flaws in their website and the gentleman said he will fix the website. I used a coupon from Groupon to come here and get Botox for the for first time, so naturally I was a little nervous. My nerves calmed down when I was met with a very pleasant receptionist, and then brought into the procedure room where I met Lisa who administered my Botox. She had me scrunch my face in various ways to see where she would inject to help me achieve the results I wanted. She ended up using the 20 units for around my eyes and eyebrows, to achieve a more awake and lifted look. The whole thing was quick and painless. I went for Botox and came out with a swollen area near my left eye. I iced it and did reiki on it and the swelling went down over several days. It then turned into a large dark purple bruise that was hard to cover with makeup. It is now 8 days later and the bruise is smaller but still there. I have never had this happen before with Botox, and it was scary in that it was so close to the corner of my eye. In my experience, the clinician injecting the Botox checks the face for blood vessels and then marks where the injection will go. This one did not do that and injected rather quickly. I was really unhappy with the way I looked and embarrassed to have to go to a meeting at work with a shiner. I would not go back there again. read more

Lana is the sweetest person! She's very personable and knowledgeable. This is the second time I come for a little Botox on my brow area. I don't do too much and Lana makes sure that it is very conservative. I had a Groupon first and now they honor a reduced rate. It was not painful at all. It took about 10 days to kick in, but lasted almost 4-5 months. The office is very clean and always smells good. Rooms are private enough. The women who did my botox was very nice, but did an awful job. They put more units into my face than I typically get and it not only looks awful (looks like I haven't done it at all), but my face is still able to make the expressions that I usually work to prevent. I am so deeply disappointed, I had a $300gift card, and I was charged an additional $590 for a total of $890 worth of Botox . This was applied to my forehead. I was never shown the empty syringes, her back was to me the entire time, so I have no idea how much she used or didn't use, all I know is that it did not do the job. Two weeks after my visit my forehead looks exactly the same. Something is wrong with this. This is the second time this happened. Don't waste your $ on a IPL facial. It was a total waste of $!!! The technician did not have the tool warmed up so had to wait for that (which was part of my time paid for ). She was not nice and only was nice when she wanted to show off the treatment she had done to her eyes! When the machine warmed up it was like a very hot iron! I am so glad i found this place! I came here knowing nothing about fillers and I told Elena and Andy my concerns and they gave me the lowdown on fillers and botox and how each one works. We decided on putting Restylane on my tear throughs and Juvederm on my nasolabial folds and all i can say is i am HOOKED! The results were instantaneous and didn't hurt a bit and she didn't even put any anesthesia or numbing cream. There was very minimal redness that was gone after a few hours and very little bruising and swelling ( which is normal) and it was gone in a couple of days. All different prices were told to me, woman who took me in is saying how I have to pay and all that (obviously).
