Worst place ever. Completely unprofessional. Let us sit for three hours and didn't even tell us the dentist isn't even available.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I come here it's a horrible experience with inexperienced staff who don't know how to give good customer service! Also I always have an appointment and seems as though that doesn't even matter because I'm still here for hours. Appointment was for 9:45am. I didn't get called to the back until 11:09am. I recently came here, and the experience was poor. It began with sitting in the lobby for two hours (Nobody was called, it was not just me) before finally being called to the backroom. Following this, it took an extra thirty minutes for the nurse to come in and another thirty minutes for the doctor to arrive. The doctor arrived and made a monumental fuss over a simple miscommunication. To add on to the poor experience was his incredibly condescending nature. read more

I received a call from Primary Health and when I called them back the receptionist was very rude. She answered quickly, but after I explained the situation she said it was probably a reminder for an appointment, then she hung up. I was baffled, I had never heard of the place before and I didn't know what my appointment was even for. So I called back and asked if she could look up my name or number or something, she sighed and asked me a few simple questions and proceeded to put me on hold. I wasn't on hold very long, but when she picked up she said "you aren't in our databases" and then hung up. I want to know what this phone call was regarding, but I do not want to talk to her again. This place looks really nice, so my hopes where pretty high when I first went. Being new to the area I was pointed towards here to go to the doctor. Biggest mistake ever. My first visit, I waited 4 hours before I even saw a doctor. 4 hours! Ontop of the long wait the doctor ordered test and prescribed meds that he didn't even discuss with me. He also told me to come back in a few weeks for a check up. So I did. Yet another long wait, 3 hours this time and the doctor didn't even look at the chart before talking to me. He asked vague questions before finally figuring out why I was there. Then he was on his cell phone, are you kidding me?! Never go here! read more

I went to the Monroe office to see a Doctor that I was seeing in the Grambling office before she moved. I was satisfied with her service and wanted to continue. The nurse came out and called numbers out and skipped my number and I asked her why she wasn't calling my number for the Doctor I needed to see. For some reason they tried to get me to see another Doctor and when I told her who I wanted to see she replied that the Doctor I wanted to see was going to lunch at 1:00 pm and I told her that it was only 11:00 am at the time she got smart and told me to go to the front desk so I did. I went back to the front desk a to see what had happened because I ask for the Doctor that I wanted to see. They made a call and said everything was straight, but not so. I went back and sat down again and waited and no one came out to tell me anything. I was there for over a hour and a half total. The front desk was very professional. I won't ever go back and I hope the next person will get better service than I did. read more
