I had snap in tabs falling off and plastics not aligned. it was a nightmare. please stop taking your vehicles here and giving them your business. They will handle you the passive kindness then push you out the door way. I'm annoyed I went there and now my "freshly" painted panel will rust from the inside out.

Denny's does free estimates so I wanted to check the price of fixing the door. I went in and had them check the door showing where the seal was loose. They were able to take it in that day and adjust the door in 15 mins while I was in the nice waiting area. This won't be the case for everyone since more damage would probably require them to hold the car for a longer period of time, but otherwise an overall great experience.

I was given a rough estimate of 5 business days. Cool. No word after 8 business days so I call them. Not done. Another 2 business days and I call again. Not done. I wait until the following Friday and they say it's almost done. So I call Tuesday, not done. They finally call me to tell me my truck is done after 3 weeks of not a single update from them. They failed to inform me they had to get 5 thousand more dollars from my insurance because there was internal damage. They didn't even tell me anything when I picked it up. They also charged me for detailing the inside of my car when I never asked to have it done (it wasn't even done that well) the only reason they got two stars is because the body work looks nice.
