I have to say I rarely go to a car wash as my hubby rocks at detailing our vehicles, but he's been super busy at work, so I tried this one out on Saturday. I was very impressed! I explained to the lady who greeted me that I would like a car wash and inside detail job if we could do it in a timely manner and she said we could do that in less than 30 minutes and for less than $35.... Sign me up. I drove the car through a wash device but there was an attendant scrubbing the car thoroughly and then once I exited that, I was guided to a bay where they hand detailed the inside. The people from start to finish were so nice and they have a great package deal where you buy some and get some free. I was sold on that. You can use them personally or give them as gifts. This is always such a treat! I first came after buying a silent auction item and they have a customer for life now. My car is dirtier than it was before I went into this car wash and has scratches. Did not get any of the dirt off my car, and now it smells like horrid body odor from the guys crawling around inside. Prime Car Wash had several coupons in the Valpak monthly mailer for August. I've transported a few dogs recently for my dog sitting business and my car needed a good cleaning inside as well as out. I chose 50% off an elite car wash which is normally $39.99, but I paid $20.97 ($1.47 tax) with my coupon. This included vacuuming and wiping down everything inside as well as washing and hand-drying the outside plus cleaning the mats. I went inside to pay and was told since I was a new customer I could get an unlimited Elite wash for the next 30 days with free cancellation. Wow! Of course I'll take it;) I was advised they offer an unlimited express monthly package for roughly $18 a month. My plan is to switch to this package prior to the end of my free trial. But in the meantime I will be getting a weekly elite wash for the next month! My car was ready and when I got inside I realized I forgot to take the pet seat protector off the back seat. I removed the seat protector and requested they vacuumed the back seat. I saw a bunch of dog hair on the top of the back seat in the middle (not covered by the seat protector) and requested the hair be removed. In less than 5 minutes my car was ready again and the hair was gone in the spot that I noticed and I was on my way. I'm looking forward to going back next week for my elite wash! Now when I go to the beach this weekend I won't think about the sand I'm putting into the car LOL! read more

First you drive around the building and enter the exterior wash. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Quick and easy transaction. You can tell the brushes are softer than most other places, so no worry of scratches... and there are a ton more of them so they get your car cleaner than most. After the wash, we were directed to pull into one of the inner detailing bays. They wiped down every inch of the interior, and left it like brand new... all while we comfortably waited indoors in the lobby/waiting room and watched. The level of attention they paid to cleaning my SUV this morning is greatly appreciated. I couldn't find a single missed spot inside or outside. We waited 30 minutes. They sanitized every surface as well so I wasn't worried about that. The staff is top notch and eager to help. The hardworking staff did a great job. The management was on-site and making sure everyone was satisfied. They had great attention to detail! This facility is amazing offering multiple options that is cost efficient to customers to either to clean their own car or to have the staff complete the detailing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful , the facility offers a large waiting area with bar top, table sitting, and chairs with built in tables along with a few patio tables. This facility is very clean and offer snack options for purchase if you get a bit peckish while you are waiting. They also offer monthly memberships which is great considering our car never stays clean for long due to toddlers and teens wrecking the inside and pollen and rain wrecking havoc on the outside. My car needed a car wash desperately. I was driving down Beach Blvd., when behold, I saw a guy holding a sign saying "Free Car Wash". I pulled into a gas station to get gas and checked Prime Car Wash's social page. It said free car washes this week, due to them just opening. Perfect timing, since my car had some mud splattered on it and I can't tell you the last time I got a car wash. I pulled into Prime Car Wash, followed the arrows, and the gentleman asked if I was here for the free wash (please note, you had the option of upgrading, as they were taking 50% off their normal prices). Because I had my kiddo in the car, and he didn't feel like getting out of the car, we just opted for the free car wash. Pulled up to the touch free car wash, put my car in neutral and we were on our way. The car wash was exactly what it said, touch free. We didn't have to do anything. I will admit, it seemed like the dryers at the end were super strong. Many times when I go through a car wash the dryers don't dry my car very well and it leaves a ton of "watermarks". Not with this one. No watermarks and my wheels were squeaky clean. Took my 2022 Pathfinder here for a decent wash while we are at the halfway point of a summer road trip. Though I would normally have her cleaned at least once a week, that all fell by the wayside while we've been on our trip. These guys had their work cut out for them and definitely rose to the occasion. The facility is clean and bright and the staff were all friendly/professional. Interesting place. We were in the area and my CRV needed a vacuuming badly, so I decided to stop in and let them have at it. First we went through the drive through car wash. I think the guy at the front with the hose is supposed to power wash all around, but he was talking on his phone and barely did one side. No worries, the car wash itself seemed to do a decent job. For the inside cleaning, we were led to a nice waiting area with complimentary wi-fi. About 20 minutes later they were finished. The carpeting was vacuumed nicely inside and by the trunk area, but there was still a layer of dust on my control screen. For $30, I suppose that's all okay, but wasn't blown away. Hopefully the places closer to where I live will do a better job. read more

So i returned today to get my car cleaned, and was very disappointed in how lack luster of a job had been done. My mats left with puddles of water, my back mats was just sprayed leaving residue on them. and the amount of dust and dirt i originally went in to get cleaned off was not done they told me my car was done 5-10 mins which i didn't believe. This was pretty disappointing. I took my wife's Explore that has a roof rack on top. They said they couldn't run the car through the wash if we didn't take the rack off. Something about the brushes in the wash could get caught on the rack and ripped off. I was there on a promotional even so I asked if they would just clean the inside. This was the worst attempted I've ever seen at vacuuming in my life. It's almost like not running the car through the wash was a pass for them to slack on everything else. I don't think a towel even touched the dashboard. Basically, they took the mats out, shampooed them, threw them back in the vehicle and sent us on our way. Because I was there on a promo, I wasn't charged anything and I left a $5 tip before we got the vehicle back. If I would have paid more than $5 I would have been kind of pissed. My wife was pointing out things that weren't touched the entire drive home. It was pretty bad. I don't give one star often. This would have been if it wasn't free. read more

I received a complimentary wash as part of the Yelp elite event, however. The service received is normally $39 so my review will reflect that. Really nice place from the outside, the free vacuums were mostly unoccupied. Drove around to where the wash is; there was no one there so I drove too far and had to back up to be checked in. Friendly guy checks me in, but he's mask-less. Another guy waves me into the tunnel, like your typical car wash. I liked that they had a ton of strong dryers at the end. Drove around again and was directed into a bay; left the car and went into the lobby. Inside, the young lady working was thankfully wearing a mask but she was the only one. Customers weren't either. There was some confusion about the numbers in the WiFi password; all said, I couldn't connect to the wifi. Lounge was clean and comfortable besides no WiFi. Didn't take long and I was taken back out to my car (by another staff person not wearing a mask). Exterior looks great, interior didn't seem much different. They asked what scent I wanted but they either didn't put it in or you can't smell it at all. All in all: Pros: nice lobby quick service exterior looks great Cons: no one wearing masks (I know we all hate it but we're not over this yet!) wifi not working Staff generally seemed uninterested Interior cleaning seemed basic All in all, I wouldn't pay $39 for this service, but would perhaps return for something more basic. read more

Prime just opened a few days ago. In need of a quick wash after a road trip this week, I stopped by for an exterior wash. It's regularly priced at $12 but it's free during their grand opening, which is a great promo to bring in new business! They offer a variety of services and packages comparable to their competitors, including detailing and monthly memberships. The exterior wash sufficiently cleaned my SUV except for a few stubborn bugs and debris. One of these days I need to get the whole thing detailed so I may keep Prime in mind. Great concept and a great facility, truly top of the line however for the price you pay for full detail and membership, I expected top notch service and was kind of let down. This is a premium service and therefore should have premium results. I can say that their intentions may be in that mindset, the customer service is spot on and overall car is definitely clean. I love their drive through car wash feature as well----fun and thorough. However each time, small details are missed consistently. We brought our cars here three times, and each time there was some part of our car still dirty. For example, the shifter only cleaned partially, the track of the seats and inside the center console still had dirt and crud in it after their longest/most expensive package. I know this sounds a little nitpicky, however like I said you are paying a premium price for a premium service... there are many car wash services in town for less of a cost that do the same quality work.
