AWFUL MASSAGE- I rang the clinic to ask about a massage for my husband for after a marathon. The man on the phone was very pleasant and insisted I go for the £30 massage instead of the £20 one. I asked what it had that was different and he said he would ensure my husband felt amazing all over as would need it after the marathon and if he didn't like it I could have my money back. So I went for it. My husbands experience was absolutely shocking. They used hand held massaging machine, he said it was so uncomfortable and not at all pleasant. He came out feeling worse. I rang to complain and the man told me he would arrange for someone to be in touch for a further hand massage. No one called. Bad customer service and bad experience all around. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Now I am not an avid fan of it but I am also not an avid fan of preaching so if it makes my friend feel better then I am happy for her. I went along with her when she came to visit and wanted to check out the practice and its prices. The clinic doesn't just do botox, its does a plethora of skin related treatments. From tattoo removal, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, skin peel (that sounds scary in itself) acne treatment and teeth whitening amongst other things. It has ridiculously pretty receptions staff but I think that's to make your feel like you need the treatments more.
