They just walked out and haven't finished the job. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and are currently launching a small claims case against them I should've known when they didn't start the project on time or I should've known the first day when they only worked for 2 1/2 hours or I should've known when the owner's son said to me about a project they didn't get paid for but because they were neighbours and a friend of ours had used them I trusted them and now I'm stuck in a nightmare with no shower for almost a month Always as a bonus, they also threatened to come to my house on a Saturday night after I found out that they scratched and broke the glaze of the tub that they then tried to blame us for even though they were dropping stuff all day They threatened to come to my house Saturday night at 9:30 at night while my husband was at work, threatening me and my disabled son I have every single screenshot from the beginning to the end They also destroyed my walls damaged my ceilings, which they promised to fix, but of course they did not, and they didn't even finish the ceiling of the shower In fact, they know that the showerhead is leaking and will not come back and fix it along with finishing the job There was a trail of mud for three days from the front door to the upstairs bathroom and they actually blamed the problem on me, not clearing three bottles and the plant off of the vanity, which is crazy because they were not even working on the vanity They also then complained about working in such a small space, but it's literally the exact same space they were standing in when they had no problem giving us an estimate There's more believe it or not that gets considerably worse And I can substantiate absolutely everything I'm saying When I finally lost my cool and yelled at the sun that we are in illegal position to sue for breach of contract, he said that it wasn't worth $1200 for him to be yelled at Yes, this is a grown man who is a business owner and I am a woman who has waited 17 days now 25 days with no shower When we were told it would be five days I guess I was a little angry. You probably would be too, but they simply didn't care. They had an excuse for everything.
