More importantly, I told them when they arrived that the problem was the phase drive, and they pointlessly spent 1.5 hrs just to tell me that the phase drive was the problem! I diagnosed that in 10 minutes... I just wanted their price to replace. They then quoted me $3k to replace. I bought it for $1500 and replaced myself in 10 minutes. When I called them to discuss they blew me off.
