Had a bad experience with Gen Spring, so I called Gen-tech, and Nolan arrived on time, had the part already for our Briggs and Stratton 20kw Generator. Replaced it, did all the adjustments. Now it works great again and covered by warranty, which they are authorize to do. Very nice young man, did a great job. Because of warranty did not have any charges. Will call them again. read more
