Came out did not give estimate or price when asked what it would cost - they charged me $30 for a service call (which was supposed to be a free estimate), charged me 3 hours labor for an hour job. Joe, electrician that came out said he would take an hour off labor which I agreed to, but Shawna, office manager, only took 1/2 hour off and threatened me several times that she would turn over my statement to collections even though I never mentioned not paying. Tried to discuss with her by email and phone, but she would not adjust to an hour per what Joe and I agreed to. Rob, Owner called and was very rude and yelling, kept changing his story and ended up calling me a B- - - - - and hung up on me. Submitted complaint to BBB and Attorney General.

They took down the paneling in one bedroom and put it up completely crooked and made holes in the drywall of the other bedroom. We also had them upgrade our electrical service in our home. They ran a 100 AMP service to our garage and tore up my landscaping and fencing around our deck. This work was finished on 3/9/2023. We asked for the owner to reach out to us because something that we spoke to him about was not finished. The owner never called, so we went on vacation and was going to touch base when we got back. On Monday 03/13/2023 Christine called and demanded payment and told my husband that if payment wasn't fulfilled that day she would turn us over to the sheriff's department. First of all the work was not finished that we discussed and the job was not adequately cleaned up and put back the way you found it. We paid the bill due to being threatened but now they will not return our messages about fixing what they broke. I would not recommend them.

Third week I went into the basement and discovered they had taken out all the light socket and electrical switches and didn't replace any of them. Five in total. My son used a plumbers snake and a few other things to remedy the problem clog to no avail. when the plumber from Whitney came, my son showed him where the clog was. Plumber said you need a snake to unclog it and I didn't bring one. Charged my son $250. My son said your website says free estimates. Plumber replied, estimates are free. This is a diagnostic fee.
