She is genuinely patient as we check I don't know how many open houses just to find the "right one" for us. She drives all the way to wherever we want to see any possible home. And she truly puts us first to help us get the incentives available for buyers like us. Thank you, Megan; we truly appreciate you.

When we were finally approved and ready to start looking, she went above and beyond to make sure we had every opportunity to find the right home. She rearranged her schedule, made herself available at odd hours, and was always ready to jump in whenever we needed her. Rachel made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel as smooth as possible, even with all the inevitable bumps along the way. She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and supportive every step of the way. She even helped us work through escrow issues while she was on vacation. Talk about going above and beyond! We are incredibly grateful to Rachel for everything she did to help our family achieve this dream. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. And if we ever move again, there is no question that Rachel will be our first call!

We did end up buying a house but it was at times challenging and frustrating. It's always hard to know what is supposed to happen when you are a first time buyer. Right from the start I was irritated by the fact that their office had little patience nor courtesy for people of different cultures. The one thing that made us choose them was their knowledge of programs that no one else educated us about. We ended up not needing the special programs, but Rick Fuller's group caught our attention because of their willingness to help and explain this stuff. We met them by chance when visiting a open house in Antioch. But let me summarize everything that went wrong after that and how this should matter to others like us. We had other family who were stakeholders in this purchase, but they do not speak English. During our consultations, our agent as well as the lady that the Fuller team worked with that does the financing made it a complete nightmare and showed little patience for me and our family, not only for me trying to understand everything, but also for me in trying to translate this all in real time back to everyone else in another language. It was not only difficult for me, but there was zero concern from the Fuller team that they cared about everyone involved understanding what we were getting into, particularly with financing. It took numerous demands from me to the finance person to STOP calling me on the fly asking me questions and to make decisions on the spot and requesting her to email instead so I can translate it back to others. She simply would not do it and would call and call me at work until she got the answer she wanted. Eventually, I had to demand to work with someone else. In hindsight I should have revoked my consent with everyone involved. We did not have a great connection with our real estate agent, though I give her kudos for trying. She never seemed to really get what we were in the market for so we did a lot of searching on our own. At one point, we found an amazing house in Vallejo, only to be told (by the same finance lady) that the loan limits in Solano are not the same and we couldn't get the house. Sad thing is, neither our agent nor the finance lady mentioned this after we had looked at numerous houses in Vallejo. Another strike for these guys. Ultimately we found a house on our own and ended up purchasing it. The process went quickly after that, albeit with more of the "we don't care that you have to translate any of this to someone else" drama as long as someone signs the paperwork. There's more to the story, but I will summarize with this...after we purchased our home, with most of it feeling very transactional and not personalized, we never really saw our agent after that and felt exactly that, the transaction was done. One would think that you'd get a nice gift given they made a bunch of money (like $20K+) doing not a whole lot but giving you stress. Well, we received a $20 Amazon Echo in the mail as a gift. It's essentially a cheap clock, which of course, in our culture, means death (and is pretty worthless for the rest of the family that doesn't speak English). Google is free. Just unbelievable. How are you going to assist families with life decisions like this and not attempt to understand anything about them is beyond me.

They work really well together, and one of them is always there to either answer you're questions, show you a property, host an open house, or or liaison with your finance team etc..; leaving you with a seamless/first class service for your real estate needs. In our honest opinion and experience, it's so much better having the both of them working for us as a team, than working with a solitary agent. We are soon to be repeat customers; after selling our home earlier this year with them, we are now in the process of finding our next home with Jennifer & Maribel again. They have been there for us in-between as well, helping us with our current rental/housing situation. Earlier this year (2022), even as the market was starting to shift from a seller's to a buyer's market. With a little bit of patience on our side, and lots of hard work/effort on Jennifer & Maribel's side, we got the price that we wanted to sell our house for (it beat our expectations). After the sale, Jennifer and Maribel managed to arrange a rent-back from the buyer (when it wasn't necessary for them to agree to it). Jennifer & Maribel then also found us our current rental (in a very convenient location) after our rent-back was over. Their combined knowledge of the area has been very helpful to us in a practical way. Since we are also looking for our next home with Jennifer & Maribel, one thing is for certain, they are on top of the market and our needs! It is almost like having your own team of personal assistants to guide you through the process, as they will keep you updated with new listings, and even homes that are yet to even be listed on the market. We would also like to reiterate Jennifer & Maribel's patience with us. They have been there to promptly answer all of our multiple questions/concerns, and have always given us straightforward and sound advice. At this point, we have looked at a lot of houses, but their patience with us, and also professionalism has always been consistent and greatly appreciated. Jennifer & Maribel are a distinguished team, who we would recommend to close family/friends, and as a matter of fact, anyone in need of a really great team of agents to be on their side, for all of their real estate needs!
