Absolutely the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. Despite the fact that it was impossible to reach them via phone or chat, I walked in ready to sped over $1000 on a bike and accessories I saw on their website. I spent over 1 hour in the store, mostly waiting for service staff to get back to me, and eventually walked out without buying anything. I asked for the bike I picked online and was told it was only available at other stores, so I picked one they had. Assembly would take an unknown number of days, so I agreed to buy the box and assemble myself. The salesman left to get the box, but the next time I saw him he had forgotten which bike I asked for. While waiting I asked for socks I saw online. The single pack was out of stock so I agreed to buy the 3 pack. The salesperson left to get them from the warehouse. Later, I saw him flirting with other sales staff. When I asked about my socks he just replied he could not fund them. Another clerk whom I asked for cycling shorts summarily looked through a rack and disappeared, never getting back to me at all. I needed 3 helmets and enquired about some that were on sale, specifying I did not want OLD helmets. The clerk tried to tell me I was getting a real deal on 3 year old helmets.
