I hired this contractor for a complete driveway job, and while the new section initially looked…read moredecent, the overall experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. There's a visible chip on the edge of the new concrete -- an obvious defect in brand-new work. The control cuts were done sloppily and came out visibly crooked, not what you'd expect from a high-ticket job. The promised finishing grate work? Still not done, long after the pour. Worse yet, several new cracks appeared in the older section of the driveway near the road -- cracks that weren't there before and clearly look fresh, likely caused by their equipment. And most concerning of all: my garage doors were damaged. At least two dents and multiple scrapes, one of which I personally witnessed being caused by a crew member in an excavator. I hadn't mentioned it earlier. That was a mistake. What's more disappointing is that the contractor asked for full payment before completing these remaining details and I paid, trusting they would be taken care of. That trust was clearly misplaced. Despite follow-ups, I've been left hanging with no resolution and no return visit. This kind of experience is exactly why so many people don't trust contractors. When a client pays in good faith and is met with poor workmanship, damage, and no accountability, it's a breach of both professionalism and basic trust. If you value quality work, follow-through, or simple honesty, look elsewhere. You'll be better off. Document everything and don't pay until every last detail is finished, or you'll end up regretting it like I did.

They negotiated asphalt driveway and delivered millings. I have to get ot redone. They were to pour a 25x30 gatage slab. They poured it 30x25 insted. It took 3 weeks and three missed appointments to correct. They left huge bumps at the starts of both ends of the horseshoe driveway. And then jacked up the price for unapproved changes they made while I was away in the hospital. Do not use this company. Their work is below subpar, they don't deliver the product you negotiated, and then screw you on price at the end of the job. And to boot, they leave job trash strewn around and worker personal trash all over the property!!!! I fored them!!!!

Although backed up with work, they came out promptly and discussed my needs, supplying a quote in short order. We scheduled the work as soon as the schedule cleared up a bit and while we were waiting I had an enormous tree come down in a storm, falling or course, right over the road to be paved. I called Blake and he assessed the issue and added a small amount to the quote to cover removing the tree as part of the service. Very nice and convenient as I don't have a Tree guy out there yet. They completed the job in very good time, and were spot on with the quote. I love this road (sounds strange I know). It looks wonderful, will obviously last a long time, had a culvert ran under it to avoid washing out in the future (didn't even push Blake over quote) and was my favorite Christmas present to my family!
