I noticed a couple of negative reviews on here and I will give you my take. I worked at Primo for a year or so as one of the designers and they work their butt off trying to get things done on time. The owner Lenny will bend over backwards to accommodate people with reprints, or redesigns even when they are in the wrong. However, some people come in there just for a free design service with no idea of what they want, all they know is whatever you come up with, won't be what they had in mind and get all bent out of shape with you not reading their minds! Or they come in with some crappy image they found on line about 10k in size and want a banner made out of it. Perhaps some of the customers would be better served by looking on Youtube or something to see what goes on in the design process instead of bitching about wanting a six color process and wanting to pay for one. read more

Great people. I have used Len and the folks at Primo many times. They have a very creative group of in house designers. I have used their designs to raise tens of thousands of dollars for charity!!! Highly recommend the folks at Primo!!!! read more

First, when the order was placed, I was told that the decal would be shipped the same day. Nearly two weeks later I still hadn't received it. When I inquired, I was informed that they had run out of the decal paper and would be able to send it the following week. When it finally arrived three weeks after the original order, it came in a battered box and was neither in protective tubing or otherwise protectively wrapped. As a result, it was completely damaged and unusable. When reported to the company, I was advised that a new one would ship immediately. Of course, this did not occur either. So I had to follow up yet again. Never an apology, never responsive. After much badgering, I finally received a single lined email with a tracking number and no clear information on what method was being used. This was particularly frustrating when they knew that I was moving and had a strict deadline. No way to track, no follow through on their part, absolutely horrendous customer service. read more

I have placed a few orders with promo and they take so long to get things done. When ordering with them make sure you have enough time they don't rush at doing anything. I still have tried ordering tank tops and still never have go a proof or samples. They took it upon there selfs to just order a different style of tank and not say a work to me. Have not been very pleased the last few times I have ordered. I would look somewhere if you want it done fast and right. I hope this helps read more
