They have a variety of livestock in the shop, either for sale (guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, hamsters, birds, fish etc.) or to "help" customers (a beautiful cat and several lovely dogs). The livestock are always healthy and live in clean environments. Its is always a pleasure to shop here and i would not buy a pet from anywhere else!

Old fashioned pet store…read more It's old fashioned in as much as its laid out in a fashion more akin to a store in an Istanbul souk rather than the modern minimalist clean cut ways of the west. Stacked to the rafters with pet parafenalia it's the place to get all your pet needs met. For fellow cat owners they sell catnip mice that cause our cat to go a little mental and within a couple of days disembowel the cheap little toy. She loves 'em and it's a pleasure to watch her go mental.

The store is laid out with the kind of high end style of a boutique and is very much an eye opener, but at the end of the day I just can't get my head around paying over £100 for a coat for an animal. The product may look good and certainly is expensive, but the quality and customer service is as poor as it gets. I purchased two very pricey dog beds and one began separating at the seams within a year of weekend use. I reached out to their customer service and after a week of back and forth (!) they offered 10% off my next purchase. This type of service is so confusing -- had they just replaced the bed (which would've cost them 50$ at most), a customer would've been saved and I wouldn't be writing this. I am a huge supporter of quality and design, but good service must go with that.
