No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.

It is a 30 min drive to their office for me. I had to take my child to a walk in urgent care and they took two seconds to look in her ear and right a prescription. They said that the office we came from (sunshine) Should have logs on place to document if power goes out and not turn sick patients away. Now I'm in the process of getting them into a new pediatrician and they are refusing to send over my daughter's medical records. It's been 3 weeks and both the new office and myself calling several times. Please consider taking your child elsewhere.

Today, he has been waiting on his pain medications since April 11, 2026. It is April 26 and STILL waiting on Hydrocodone. Why? Let's go back in time. He tried telling them something was wrong in his neck and they said it was arthritis or there was nothing there they could see, until his vertebrates in neck collapsed. Then they saw something. Almost paralyzed him from the neck down. Now days, it seems they currently can't do their job efficiently. Pharmacy says they talked to the doctor and doctor didn't put it in the order; they also say to come pick it up from Urgent Care. That's a 1.5 hr drive from Gladwin, one-way. They won't issue travel pay just to pick up meds. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. They didn't listen until his neck collapsed almost paralyzing him from the neck down. Now they can't get his meds in a timely manner, and to top it off, he's enduring pain for 2 weeks cause the ignorant doctors can't sign off on pain meds. Get it together GREEN TEAM.

A new approach to solving ongoing, chronic, undiagnosed pain. I had been experiencing 9 months of…read moredebilitating nerve pain and numbness (after a tear in my shoulder), that was diagnosed by numerous MDs as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I was told surgery, muscle blocks, and an epidural were my next options after months of band-aid pain relieve options (steroids, pain medication, physical and occupational therapy). After months of testing and EMGs, I was referred to Ray from a licensed MD, stating that Ray had a different approach that works for unique cases. I contacted Ray immediately. He scheduled the first appointment over the phone, and I was in his office that week. His pleasant demeanor helped me ease into the idea of a different approach, and I welcomed his different methods of adjusting and guiding the body back to optimal positions. He first evaluated my entire spine, not just my shoulder, and realized that I had multiple areas of twisting in my spine, as well as an issue with my first and second ribs. I knew this diagnosis was on the right path, as the first rib is what the previous MDs talked about with TOS diagnosis. He often has the client sit up and guides their arms into positions that align the spine naturally, as well as guides the legs while laying down. He utilizes therapy tools such as a foam roller, folding chair, and a knee rest, for optimal positioning. The movements are never quick (as in chiropractic care), but are at the client's pace. After my first session, I was feeling 50% pain relief of muscle and nerve pain from my shoulder to my fingers. I felt very relaxed (almost similar to a massage); not like the traditional physical therapy appointments where you are very tense and very sore afterwards. After another few weeks of sessions (4-5), I have been feeling nearly back to my same self as prior to my injury (something unachievable by the traditional MD approach). He also includes home exercises, that I continue to use to correct and strengthen my muscles. I would encourage anyone seeking an alternative approach for pain relief, or seeking natural alignment to reach out to Ray. Ray was able to guide me from surgery, and onto the natural path of realigning my spine into optimal positions.
