They have the small town feel with the big city knowledge and equipment. Dr. Kocks is amazing. He is very personable and really breaks down any questions you didn't even know you had. They have every bell, whistle and stop when it comes to your exam if you elect to do so. They don't pressure you to do it, but it's nice that it's an option. They have a wide range of glasses and the people that are there to help you want you to look and feel great. They aren't trying to push the most expensive line at you. Then sat in the room for another 15 minutes before she entered, upon her entering the room, or should I say after she barged in the room without knocking first, my mask was down below my nose. She stopped dead in her tracks, put her hand up and out in front of herself and demanded I put my mask up, I was taken aback by this as this is my first interaction with dr Duncan. I asked her if my mother could come in the room with me because she is a nurse and I wanted her to be able to ask questions I wouldn't think to ask (I've never had surgery before) She said "absolutely not" She then forced me to switch rooms because I "contaminated" the previous one by breathing through my nose. Her actions and demeanor were so rude and condescending that I asked to have her PA go over my results instead. I had to FaceTime my mother in the waiting room that was filled with 15 or more people to discuss my medical problems so apparently she doesn't follow the HIPPA laws either because other patients were telling me "good luck with your ankle" as I was walking out. I have never in my 33 years been treated like this by a medical "professional". And I most certainly would not allow someone of this low caliber to cut me open. We brought my 6-year-old daughter in for care, but instead of compassion, we were met with cruelty. A physician assistant pointed at the door and told us to leave, like we were a burden. No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.

Katie was the provider that helped me with 2 of my children on separate days. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us in quickly, which we appreciated because our daughter ended up having strep . I'm glad we were able to find a new pediatrician that was accepting new patients!

This shattered my excellent credit score and caused me serious personal harm. This was despite contacting the main billing department for mid Michigan and receiving a response in writing (multiple times) that I owed nothing. These people are negligent and should be sanctioned by the state of Michigan for malpractice.
