Tracy, the director is awesome she gave me so much confidence Jackson would adjust well. The facility is new and beautiful. The specific playgrounds for each age group are full of awesome age appropriate outdoor fun! Ms.Gena and Ms.Emily are incredible. They make drop offs on morning that Jackson is in a bit of a mood easy. They care so much and always remember to tell me how he did during the day (if he napped, how he ate, etc). Jackson was not feeling well one day and I came to pick him up early. They had him cuddled up in his blanket comforting him. I cannot imagine a more wonderful place for Jackson to spend his time while I am working! Did I mention how much his vocabulary has improved and how he is eating more foods since starting! It's so great that they did this for the kids. Ms. Andrea is so patient and always willing to assist and address any concerns. Ms. Sabrina was my son's teacher when he was 2 and he loves her so much. Ms. Frida is always jolly and cheerful and knows everyone by name. Ms Nikki and Ms Megan are my son's VPK teachers and always sends me photos of him. Ms Brooke and Ms. Jenn are amazing as well. I might forgot some but ALL of them are great!!! I am so glad my son got to spend his formative years here.

My child's daycare is merging with Ts learning center so my husband and I went to take a tour of…read morethe center. When we walked in the door we were not greeted as though we were welcomed. We were told that it was an Inconvenient timing and that the open door policy does not apply to Ts learning center and rudely escorted to the door. As my family and I walked out of the door we were told sarcastically " good luck finding childcare for your child". Knowing that the daycare my child currently attends will be closing in 2 weeks.

I was told there was availability and that I should come by and tour the school and pick up an application. Sweet! Oh until I mentioned that my daughter was in a wheelchair. ::record screeeeeech:: Then I was told there was actually a small wait list....it must have slipped the front office administrator's mind...but hey it happens. So we get on the wait list and call to check in from time to time only to be told "there's just one more child ahead of her" time and time again. After several months we talk directly with the owner and straight up ask her if there's an issue with my child being admitted because she's in a wheelchair. She assured us this was absolutely not the case and our child would be the very next one admitted once an opening became available. So TWO YEARS (because apparently this is the Harvard of after school care) go by and within that time we managed to find another place for her until that spot opens up. We actually let it go for a while since we found a nice program that had no issue with meeting her needs, and ultimately that's what we were looking for, but kept her on the list just in case. However today we randomly saw the owner again and asked her about it. She ACTUALLY said no child has been admitted in the LAST TWO YEARS. Like those words actually came out of her mouth. I don't know about you, but that sounds awfully suspicious. I'm bringing this up now in the hopes that they will take a look at themselves and ask what they are getting out of denying kids with disabilities. That and so they can thoroughly brush up on the rules and regulations of the ADA Act. Just in case they need a resource, here is a link to show just how illegally discriminatory they are. https://www.ada.gov/childqanda.htm We are also in the process of working with ADA advocates in regards to this so you can also ask them any questions you may have once they contact you. They either became full-time staff in higher education, moved out of the area, or just retired. Shifting teachers around until new staff is hired is a normal process. Each person who has taken on the responsibility of taking care of my child has been wonderful. With my first daughter, I too was concerned about teacher changes, but I realized that unless your taking your kiddo to private daycare you will encounter these changes. Turnover - Yes, they have had turnover, but every daycare does. We're a military family and my kids have attended a fair share of daycares. The staff they've hired are caring and loving. Facility. Always clean, kid friendly, and learning-centric. This facility remained open the entire year and focused heavily on creating a fun atmosphere for the kids, but being mindful of the limitations of covid. Activities. Plenty. Dedication. A+

I hate to have to make this review but I would want to know these things as a parent. My daughter…read morestarted at this location when she was only 2 months old. We stayed until she was almost 3 but were already planning to leave due to high staff turnover, staff not helping us parents with potty training (using changing tables and diapers while we use the potty and underwear at home for example), and dirty bathrooms. I had let the director know we would be withdrawing. The day I did this, the unthinkable happened. The last straw and the day I took my child out for good was last week when I arrived to pick up my child (2 years old) and I found her ALONE IN A CLASSROOM. No adult anywhere nearby (none in the front or adjacent classrooms as all the classes were outside). Another parent witnessed this. My daughter told me "my friends left me" then said "a monster was going to get me" when I asked her what happened before she was left. I walked outside and found her class and teacher (as well as an ex teacher who was there visiting?) . When I confronted her teacher there was automatic lies about some person who wasn't even there and shouldn't have been alone with my child regardless. A bunch of excuses. The director was apologetic but the next day stated "she was only alone for 3 minutes" which even if that was true, was only because I showed up. I did report this center to the state and to corporate. This center was good once upon a time but needs major help. We will never use this center again.

love this daycare . my niece had first started here growing up until she was in vpk. they always…read moremade sure she came home happy and having the best day ever! i currently had a daughter last year and decided to take her there since i knew how well they cared for her . and i must say after a couple years the love never left! i feel at ease leaving my daughter with her teachers for the first time they're absolutely wonderful! i'm extremely grateful for them. they make sure my babygirl is well taken care of . they even have a app to check in on your kiddo during the day! the owner is a wonderful lady as well! good energy.. and if you're wondering they keep that place spotless! they do a good deep clean everyday. classrooms look beautiful not messy or unorganized. so if you were looking for a nice daycare this is it! thank you southpoint for all that you do!

Our daughter loves this place! She is 18 months and literally runs in with huge smiles on her face…read moreevery morning. She occasionally sees pics I get from Procare on my phone and her face lights up. The staff is friendly and always has events for the kids. They get free mini photo shoots for most of the holidays. They send out weekly planning sheets and lunch menus so we always know what's going on. I do recommend this place.
