I understand he may not be having a great day, but he should not be taking it out on the customer. As for the young Gentleman Brayden who assisted me, thank you for your positive and helpful attitude. I understand that not all days are peoples best and cannot always find what we are looking for, but to rudely push someone aside after waiting is extremely unacceptable, and I hoping his motive were out of anger and not for me being a woman. At the beginning they kept telling us "it's coming in next week" for about 4-5 weeks. Then 3 months after placing the order (which we went out and got another door) we get a phone call saying the door is in. We went to pick up this door the next day and no one at Rona could find this door anywhere in the building. We spoke to the manager, I like to think he felt bad as he gave us a $50 gift card for the inconvenience . He said he would look into this and give us a call as soon as possible. So a few more weeks go by and we didn't hear anything, so we went into rona and spoke with an employee who handles the orders that come in. He couldn't help us in that moment but said he would get his manager to call the next day (which I made clear that they have said they would call before and we got no call). We received no phone call. 6 months later...still no door, no refund, no call. Very disappointed with how unorganized the employees are. We have no idea what to do at this point as we have been in to speak with several employees about our issue and no one has been able to help, no one will even refund us.

Visited the office to get replacement or cash return, he wouldn't accept any. told me it was 30 days return but my receipt shows otherwise and no written 30 days warranty. I spent additional funds to buy a new headlamp, plus the previous mechanic cost that found out the defective lamp, and cost for new installation plus several bulbs procured trying to find solution. Now I have defective lamp in my garage that I cannot sell or use and I even pleaded for half my payment, this dude rejected all. Ripping people off their hard earn cash is unprofessional and this company must face the consequences. Immigrants given opportunity in Canada should not take advantage of the liberal people in Saskatoon and try to swindle at any cost. A sold defective part should be returned and warranty must be clearly spelt out on the sales invoice and not mislead the people. I will be reporting the business to relevant authorities as equity is important to sustain this business. I called him back said you gave me the wrong subframe and I want a refund. They said it's been over 30 days we can't give your a refund. I said you sold me the wrong part that turned out to cost me an extra $500 when the mechanic took out the subframe. He had to put it back in the vehicle. So he could get it off his hoist. The transmission sits on the subframe. These guys are in a process of a lawsuit right now. Do not by your parts from these guys. These guys are a total joke. They will not be in business in the next few years.
