Waited another half hour once I arrived. Then I was not seen by a doctor. The "clinician" who saw me had zero understanding that PAIN makes one cranky and I was upset about all of the above. She got up and stormed out within 2 minutes. I phoned subsequently and asked for a manager to call me back. Never got a call! They obviously just do not CARE!

I had a hip replacement done 9/25/2024 and hospital that performed it took me off one of the medications I was taking prescribed by Dr Singal and was having difficulty breathing so I did a telemedicine call and he was 2 hours late calling and when he did he started screaming at me saying he does not need this and could be home with his family and before I could say anything he terminated me. So all beware that behavior is unacceptable especially every doctor takes an oath. Also he overbooks appointments and keeps you waiting a long time. I am still debating whether I should report him to the medical board for such abrupt and super rude and disrespectful behavior along with screaming at me. Uncalled for under any circumstances. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I approached the receptionist inquiring how much longer do I have to wait to see the doctor. I was told I would have to wait about another hour because the doctor is with a new patient. Obviously, I was not happy with that response so I let the receptionist know that was unacceptable and a patient shouldn't have to wait that long to see the doctor which is the reason for a scheduled appointment. I was told that is normal in the afternoon and I and if I am not happy, I should find another doctor and they will send my record over. I explained that I never have to with that long for a doctor and I was told that the patient in the doctor is seeing had to wait about an hour. I told the receptionist not to compare me with another patient because a patient shouldn't have to wait that long especially with an appointment. I was yelled at by the receptionist telling me that I should not compared them with another doctor. This was my second visit and it was just not a good experience and her receptionist is extremely rude and does not seem to care or talk to her patients with respect.

I was doubtful on how I can use my left leg again anytime soon. I was then evaluated by the therapist and she was clear on the objectives and plan of care. I went home with good understanding on what's going to happen and expectations on the first visit! I must admit that it was hard work during the exercises on the first few sessions but, I could actually feel the improvements and my treatment plan was adjusted based on my progression. Fast forward, I was doing agility training, running and jumping around the PT clinic. Ankle ROM wasn't 100% back to normal but close. But then, I wasn't expecting it due to screws and plate attached to my ankle that might be limiting full range of motion. Facility-wise, they had ample and practical equipment for your therapy needs. Everybody in the clinic were great, friendly and PT's and staff worked together as a team to have the best possible treatment plan!
