When attempting to reach the business office, I was given the run around; however, when my insurance company reached out, they responded posthaste. Furthermore, the pediatrician "Dr. Alexander" made unsupported prognoses and claims. When questioned about my child and the data used to make these claims, she walked out of the room without explaining or giving any additional information. I am unsure if this is their standard protocol but we felt extremely uncomfortable and have loss confidence in the practice due to these circumstances.

Dr. Riewe has shown us great patience, genuine concern, and my daughter trusts her because she has been included in discussions and decisions about her health. The staff is also solid. There is never any problem getting an appointment or forms filled out, medications sent to the pharmacy, no confusion about billing, etc. Sadly, my daughter will age out of PNP next year when she turns 18. I'm sorry for not writing this review sooner, but I'm here finally to say THANK YOU to Dr. Riewe and all of PNP for taking such good care of my daughter!

We don't want this to happen with another family…read more When my daughter was under 2 years old, I repeatedly brought her to this practice because I was concerned about how pale she looked, her poor appetite, and her overall condition. Despite expressing these concerns during multiple visits, my requests for further evaluation, including bloodwork, were dismissed. Over time, my daughter's condition worsened and she eventually developed severe anemia, including a heart murmur associated with her condition. Looking back, this was especially concerning because her heart was routinely examined during appointments, yet the seriousness of her symptoms was not recognized. It was only after seeking appropriate evaluation that the extent of her anemia was identified and treatment began. To this day, she continues to require follow-up care related to this condition. Doctors do not always know best, but this doctor's poor judgment and failure to take our concerns seriously could have led to a life-threatening situation for my daughter.

The doctors are polite, thorough and matter-if-fact-- some people don't like that but I prefer directness. The office staff is amazing. There was an issue with a form filled out incorrectly at the hospital and had this not been corrected, I would have had to take my two week old to a hospital...during flu season! Needless to say I was worried and very upset about the err. Meanwhile, Minna at the front desk went above and beyond to contact the state, the hospital and take detailed records. She righted the wrong and saved me the aggravation, worry and frustration of taking my newborn to the hospital. I really liked the office to begin with but this act of kindness really made me feel like I picked the right place to take my child.
