Come on, they have sale representitive came to check the house and he also came to my house couple of times to fix it or adjust it and never mention this problem. Now it's all the house's fault. Ridiculous! Aug 31 afternoon, Penguin customer service called me said my comments is not good to the company and let me remove my comments. And if I don't do so they will take the 10 years warranty away! This is the way they fix the problem and provide customer service! Tell everyone stay away from this company!
