CanPro tried to sell me an oversized furnace (80K instead of 60K, which is what I needed) and said that their "standard" furnace was as good as a "premium" which my research doesn't suggest. The gent who came out (Thomas) told me everything I needed to know and was thorough. Tradesman and CanPro were less so. No problems with the company/payment. Installers (2 plumbers for the tank, 2 for the furnace) were pleasant, professional, efficient and helpful. No hesitation recommending Shorty's. Local business!
