We stayed a few day in this hotel for the new year. It's probably ok given it's central position, even though the comfort is limited. Most rooms do not have private shower and toilets, there is only one "spartan" common shower in the hotel, and toilets are very narrow. Rooms are liveable, without excess. Free wifi, but no TV. And you can smell it when your neighbour is smoking pot in his room. There is no isolation for noise but I would say it's rather quiet. Breakfast is provided, but do not hope for tipicity or soul. It's all pre-packed, ready-made, pretty tasteless. The tenant is quite discreet, helpful when being asked, and not devoid of humour.
Take care: there is no elevator and stairs are steep.
