I was returning Internet/Wi-Fi equipment so it really needed to get back to them. She scanned and again it didn't work, but she took the next step and asked what company it was going to. They're also flexible and go out of their way for customers, the quality of their workmanship is flawless, and they're always very nice and professional. The quality and design of their business cards were top notch - like nothing I've experienced. The cards I got were very solid, durable and clean. I got a couple of their calendars for 2016 and was really impressed with the quality and how vivid and clear they turned out. Some of the work I've seen with signs, photos, and other print projects looked so good that it's hard not to utilize their services. It's also revitalized my relationship with print and paper as I'm putting together a list of ideas for these guys to work on. They're also very honest and realistic with expectations. I've seen some customers come in with some astounding requests, and I've observed them patiently going over every detail w/ the customer to ensure they can delivery a quality product and meet the customer's expectations. And if they can't then they'll be upfront and transparent about it so in the end there are no surprises.
