When I reached out at 9 pm to see if a portfolio could be printed and bound with a quick turnaround, I didn't expect to receive a response until the next day. But to my surprise, I received a response almost immediately and we communicated back and forth that night. We'd initially agreed on a 2-day turnaround. Yet again Deborah delivered a wonderful surprise when she contacted me a day earlier to confirm that my project was ready for collection! I was returning Internet/Wi-Fi equipment so it really needed to get back to them. She scanned and again it didn't work, but she took the next step and asked what company it was going to. She found in our system and it took a few minutes, but she figured it out and problem solved. Most people would not have taken the extra effort to solve the issue, but she did.

Many size boxes available and they will customise a box if needed. They have a notary public at this location but do not notorize trusts or wills. Few reserved spots in front for customers. They're also flexible and go out of their way for customers, the quality of their workmanship is flawless, and they're always very nice and professional. Every time I've stopped by here it's alway busy and they're constantly moving around - which is a good sign (no pun intended). The quality and design of their business cards were top notch - like nothing I've experienced. The cards I got were very solid, durable and clean. I got a couple of their calendars for 2016 and was really impressed with the quality and how vivid and clear they turned out. Some of the work I've seen with signs, photos, and other print projects looked so good that it's hard not to utilize their services. It's also revitalized my relationship with print and paper as I'm putting together a list of ideas for these guys to work on. They're also very honest and realistic with expectations. I've seen some customers come in with some astounding requests, and I've observed them patiently going over every detail w/ the customer to ensure they can delivery a quality product and meet the customer's expectations. And if they can't then they'll be upfront and transparent about it so in the end there are no surprises. They don't want to disappoint or waste anyone's time or money if they can't make you happy, they're eager to please and that's kewl beans.

Just remember to call to discuss your order, so your needs are met by the correct person.

He printed out a sample color copy. He provided me a written quote for the copies I found it reasonable and authorized the job. I was pleased with the results.
