Been using print plug for about a year. This is a business with so much potential because the owner is actually really cool. The reality is that the organization needs tremendous work and the business Lacks the follow through on deadlines. Almost every single order has been delayed due to poor time management and ultimately makes us look bad when we cannot deliver what we promise. Product is great my advice is you will have to wait a long time and please do not do what I did and pay in full. Make sure you check your all your items. Get your artwork before you start your project because they will ghost you if your order is incorrect! They will not make it right and they will never send you the artwork that you paid for! I have tried working with you Brian...contacting you via email, text, etc. and I still have NO resolution since JANUARY 2018!!! I hate to leave any company a bad review. But this is just in bad taste Moms Club of Placentia, ordered shirts and the sizes were way off. In addition, I still have yet to receive mine!!! You told me after months of me asking the status and giving you my home address (which you asked for to mail it) that your machine was down, but still I wait..... $200 was spent on shirts and none of the tank tops were the right size!! We are a non-profit agency that does a lot of work in our community and WE feel very taken advantage of. This is truly a-shame! read more

Opening my second location in orange. I was looking on yelp to find a place to do my signages. I called, they answer the phone right the way and they were able to come to measure and give me an estimate quickly. We have to go back in forth a lot since I couldn't find my original logos, they have to get approve from my landlord, ...but they are very patient and responsive. Price is very reasonable. My signs came out beautiful. Everything was done on time. It was a very positive experience. I am having them making more signs for my first location at the moment. Probably the best experience ive had with custom designs. These guys are so genuine and do an AMAZING job at what they do it will definitely leaving satisfied and wanting more merchandise. Quality for a good price! I found them while I was looking for a shop to print a picture of my girlfriend on my shirt and I was referred to them!
