When I returned, they said AGAIN that they would do it, not only that, but the elderly lady was so snarky and even remarked that it was "no big deal" and wouldn't take more than 15 minutes to get it done. Really? If it was so simple, why not do the job and get paid for the service. Right then and there, I took their unprofessional attitude and took my sweater back. To add, she didn't even say sorry. Apparently, if you're not putting in a big order they won't give a care at all. Rude. Unprofessional. Uncaring. The BIGGEST NO EVER! If I could give this place 0 stars, that would be too kind.

I did business with Printasaurus for a couple of years with a specific salesmen. The gal that answers the phone usually can't answer my question, so she put me on hold.....forever! The straw that broke the camels back was today. I've done work with many t-shirt/embroidery companies over the last two decades. One of the things I ask right off the bat is, "Do you share the artwork and EMB files (the ones they create when digitizing your logo) once the job is done. The previous salesmen said, "Of course". Legally, they are yours, you paid for them to be created. However, today I spoke with a salesmen from Printasaurus, I'll leave his name out of it, and he told me they don't share EMB files. He told me that if they charged me hundreds of dollars then they could share it with me. I want to clarify that anytime I've ever had a company digitize anything for me, they've always shared it, it's my file that I paid for. I can't help but feel that this salesmen is insecure about giving me the EMB file because he believes I'll just shop around to all the other embroidery shops in town and go with the cheapest one. To add insult to injury, he tried to give me a "Michael Scott School of Business" type business lesson. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not be doing business with them anymore.

Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy
