I called multiple times, sent emails, left messages, and made every reasonable effort to get in touch. Shawn was nearly impossible to reach, rarely responded, and never followed through when he said he would. If you don't want a job, just say so. Wasting a customer's time for weeks with little to no communication is completely unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I understand being busy, but ignoring customers is not an excuse. Because of the lack of communication and reliability, I had to take the project elsewhere after losing over a month waiting. If you value your time and need a company that actually communicates and follows through, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
