I think Printer's Row could be a great cafe. The seating is interesting and the room is spacious, but I can't help but feel like it's sort of empty? Maybe the white walls do not suit the size, or it needs decor? The space could be used more efficiently and encompass more chairs and tables. The choice of music was also odd for the atmosphere. However, the mocha I had was good, and I didn't have any issues or real complaints about the place. It is new and is just starting out, so I think Printer's Row has got real potential to be a hip cafe. read more

The coffee is expensive and there's nothing special about it. They don't have a place to sit. They mentioned a maple pecan syrup but did not say anything about the salt that came with it. On top of this, the lid of my cup had a really strong smell to perfume. I had to take it off in order to drink. Would not recommend. read more

I was walking around Lincoln Ave and I found Printer's Row Coffee. I really like coffee in general that is why I did not hesitate to go inside. It is small, clean and it has a good looking aesthetic interior. I am the only customer that time and ordering in the counter is easy and I was able to have a short talk with their friendly staff. She has a lot of recommendations but I ordered a cold brew instead. There were also available pastries, beans and some merch inside but I only came here for the coffee but the pastries looks really good. I need to go in a restroom and it is available inside. When I came back my order was already ready. The cold brew taste really good and I think it is the best cold brew I ever had, you can taste the strong coffee but it was blended smoothly. A really great place, good customer service and very accessible cafe. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. read more

Dropped into Printer's Row Coffee for the first time. The shop had a nice decor and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that's all the positives I could come up with. The same friendly staff was not very helpful and treated me as if I was having coffee for the first time in my life. I just wanted a coffee with a shot of espresso (Redeye). This turned into a suggestion from another staffer that maybe I should try an Americano or a Macchiato. Her reasoning being that the expresso would overpower the notes of the coffee?!? Now I'm not exactly sure how a coffee with hot water or espresso with steam milk is anywhere near what I wanted to order or even validated the point she was trying to make. It not like I am some twelve year old trying coffee for the first time nor did I even ask for a suggestion. I simply explained I just wanted to strengthen the coffee with the shot. It really didn't seem like she wanted to make the coffee the way I wanted, so I just order the coffee pour over as suggested. The coffee tasted weak and only flavor notes I could taste was the water.
