The two employees working were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with a simple shipping issue. There was no effort to offer solutions, not even suggesting a larger box when it was clearly needed. The attitude alone made the interaction uncomfortable. After years of consistent business, this was extremely disappointing. Something has clearly changed here, and not for the better. If this is the new standard, it's unfortunate.
